terrible service. I arrived and only ordered 2 coffees to go and do you know how long they made me wait? 25 minutes and the funniest thing is that there weren't many people who could have helped me but didn't want to... it should be noted that none of them were busy. I quickly felt how racist they were.
I called first but no one picked up and voice prompt thing said to come in to place an order. I walked in, the waitresses just looked hard af at me while no one acknowledged me even coming in. It was not that busy and no one still said anything to me— as I stood at the register for a few minutes. I left and went to the Waffle House off the corner of Spence Lane and M’Boro Rd—which I was also able to place a takeout order thru the phone while I was in the Harding Pl WH parking lot. Y’all customer service needs to be worked on.

The cook is amazing!!! He killed it.The other staff seems strung out and high at 3pm on a Sunday. Can’t take a waffle out on time, forgot to tell the cook several things we asked off

Excellent service and the Short Order Cook cooked our breakfast to perfection. My wife had biscuits and gravy and I had hash browns with four extra toppings plus toast. We both had coffee and wanted decaf as a second cup but they were out until the manager shows up.
