This was the worst breakfast we have ever had! The waffles weren’t t done all the way. Our toast was burnt. The silverware was dirty with chocolate on fork. The server said all of the silverware was dirty. The hash brown was so thin and crunchy. I thought we were eating chips. Pray that you all do better for others because want be back. It was others sending food back as well. We paid for this horrible breakfast and tipped our server. We are done! Eat here at your own risk!

We ordered and our server was slow. I ordered my hashbrown topped with chili. They came with no chili and then he told me, "I tell you what..I'm not going to charge you for it. How's that?" It was like he was doing mea favor. All I could do was laugh and thanked him.

The food was great as usual, but no greeting when we walked in the door. They were short staffed and having to work double shifts, but once we were seated the service was great. In fact the waitress suggested a change in our orders that would save us some money! Pecan waffle...yum!
The workers here are extraordinary awesome and really kind. I was outside and I didn’t have no money at all and the workers here made me and bought me food. Thank you so much mandie and fluffy for being kind and caring to people you don't know. The tip will be payed back.

Ordered over easy eggs. Got over hard. When I asked about it I was told how I ordered my eggs was wrong... I'm 52 been ordering over easy all my life and never had to say I want the yolks runny... Yolks runny IS over easy... Waiter was talking to the next table about hashish. No not hash you eat. Hash you smoke...

So I choose this waffle house over themany surrounding locations. The reason why is the food is usually best here. The location is hard to get to especially if you are headed towards Walmart from target (eastbound on Lebanon Pike). You can barely turn in. Going towards donelson is not bad. Now I was there tonight and got an exceptional take out order but they were out of to go bowls and to go syrups. Everytime I have eaten there at the store I had above average service and once again great food. But tonight was a slow night, partially due to road repair but also.I think I was between crowds, past dinner not yet late owl. So if you are doing to go or just concerned about food this is your spotParking: Never seen it full
My first time at this location. Food tasted as good as usual W. Houses, but our burgers did not have the usual toppings (no lettuce; barely any onions; only one pickle). Waitress was average; not very personable. However, the atmosphere was relaxed and cool/ cold (nice refuge from the afternoon heat)
