I recently had a bad experience at another Waffle House near by and I decided to not eat there. I came to the Bell Road location and was treated by a very friendly young lady with a smile. She was so nice and kind and even though they were very busy she gave me her full attention and took my order with detail. I wish I knew her name because she deserves to be recognized.

I found blue hair in my food...The waitresses that bought our food wasnt our waitresses and acted like it was a problem for her to even help her coworker. Hair should be put ip when working with food all the waitresses had there hair down, the cups and utensils were dirty, at one point it sounded like the employees where agruing.

Went in for a pickup order. The place was packed, the service was wonderful, the manager on duty had great energy! Samantha was super helpful and nice. Communication was spot on, everyone was helping each other and the vibes were everything! Recommended!
Amber and lavender were amazing. They ran this restaurant all by themselves, got my order perfect and most importantly impressed my 3-year-old. Amber went out of her way to ask my 3-year-old if she wanted whipped cream and then put a heart shape on the waffle it's those kind of touches of customer service that really make a big difference. Next time we come I really hope these two are running the show again!!!

The service here is horrible! I placed an online order like the voicemail told me to. My pick up time was 1:00pm. I walk up to the register to a rude waitress who only asked if I’m placing an order. Now how are you doing or anything.. They then proceeded to show me that my ticket was never called… mind you I’ve been waiting for over 40 mins. I arrived 10 mins early…… The cooks are lazy and have no care to rush the orders or work faster….. do not visit this location. The service is horrible. The staff is horrible. Save your money cook your own breakfast. It’s not worth spending your hard money on….
