I placed an order online. And it was supposed to be done in 20 minutes which is fine. I didn’t get my order until an hour and 15 minutes later in the store. I had to remind them about my order multiple times because they were too busy talking to each other. I waited longer and found out my order had been made they just didn’t take the chance to look and tell me. Then I drive 20 minutes home and the order is wrong. So I had to go back and got no apology nor a remake. They just gave me my hash browns they had forgotten to give me. Terrible place. I don’t plan on ever going here again.

Great location. Jo-jo is a firecracker, who provides outstanding service, her line chef was great too. Food was all correct and hot. Refills and table visits were on point. Jojo's energy was a ray of sunshine. We value service, know great service when witnessed... 10/10!

This is literally the only waffle house I will ever go to at any and all hours.
This was legitimately one of the better places in Bellevue for a while. It is really starting to slide. They don’t really care any more. It is getting filthy. One table was dedicated to putting dirty dishes on it and ignoring them. So gross.
