Not sure what's going on at this location. Currently sitting writing this review. We've been seated/ordered 50 mins ago. We have 4 ppl in our party. Husband and I received half our meals, eggs were cold. My sons got half their meals about 8 mins later.. We ordered 4 sides of bacon and the guy brought 2 saying someone else grabbed the other 2 orders. So waiting on those. Still waiting on another waffle and 2 orders of bacon. Very disorganized. Female server has apologized a few times before we got some of the food. Nobody calling out orders to cooks like other WH locations. Lots of plates with food lined up near cooks waiting for items. That's probably why our food is cold. Just had to remind our waiter, who looks lost standing there, that we still need other food items. We're passing through on our drive from Tx to Ohio, thought this would be a quick stop. Otherwise, employees were friendly and restrooms clean.

I have been here on three separate occasions . Twice I have left due to no workers addressing me. The customer service at this location is horrible. This most recent time absolutely no one was in the front area for me to order or to greet me. I waited 3 minutes. I saw an employee in the back who appeared to be doing dishes . It seemed like he saw me as well and never said “one moment ma’am”. “Be with you in a second” ….nothing. So i simply left and went to the next closest location. Their food is good here but the staff needs some work.

The employees were very friendly and the food was great! Tables definitely needed to be wiped down and the floor swept but I'm sure they were busy before I got there, probably just caught the tail end of it and they hadn't had time yet.

Avery was our waitress, was friendly, attentive, took order in a very timely time, cooked meals correctly, came by frequently to see if we needed anything, she definitely needs a star on her next evaluation. Can recommend highly for a late night meal. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Could not use women’s bathroom. Disgusting, finally put an out of order sign on door. Not sure how they are staying open. Floors were filthy and even behind the counter. I would not recommend.

I always stop at this Waffle House when I’m traveling through the area, and in 20 years, they have not disappointed me once. The food is great, the service is top notch, they’re always quick, and they’re definitely one of the cleaner locations I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be back.

Went in for evening meal with my son and daughter. We were the only customers there, the waitress was wiping off a table as we seated ourselves. We helped ourselves to menus and waited for service. Our waitress and the cook were busy visiting at the other end of the restaurant and paid no attention when we tried to get their attention for service. When we finally caught her attention, she still ignored us so we simply picked up and left. We have paid many a visit to waffle houses and this is the only waffle house where we were rudely ignored and ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. With competition from other eating places, I'm sure that losing even one family's business can't be a good thing.
