Everything was fine until we got seated, we kept trying to get some of the workers attention but the youngest worker was so rude and ignored us. The people behind us also got there food before us! Worst Waffle House experience ever.

I recently visited Waffle House and had an abysmal experience that compelled me to leave this 1-star review. Upon entering, I stood in line for a whopping 13 minutes without receiving any acknowledgment from the staff. To add insult to injury, a new customer breezed in and was promptly attended to, despite my obvious presence. When I attempted to get the waitress's attention, she blatantly turned her back on me. It was only when I expressed my frustration to another employee that my concerns were acknowledged, but by then, the damage was done. The level of disregard and poor customer service I encountered is unacceptable and has left a sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

This location is down the street from my job. I’ve stopped before work and after work. The food is on point and the staff is always professional yet personable.

Ordered two all-star specials, a hash brown bowl, and an extra waffle. Were charged far more than we shouldve been based on menu prices (even including the several additions we had it shouldve been $15 less than we were charged). Staff was rude the entire time. After paying without complaint and getting home we found the hashbrown bowl missing cheese (which it comes with by default) all the toast was burnt, a missing sausage patty, a missing topping on a waffle, no utensils, and none of the condiments the meals usually come with. Horrible service. incredibly disappointed.
