I seldom take the time to write reviews but this location deserves one! The manager/owner and the rest of the staff provide an excellent customer service experience. The food speaks for itself but this location goes out of its way to deliver a great family environment.

We tried Waldo's for the first time a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love!! My son was having surgery right across the corner so we have stopped a few times already! First time the customer service was amazing!! The guy let us try out some things since we had never been there! He was top notch in helping us out! The tender sauce is my favorite! Loved the Mac & cheese & greens! Definitely will be our new go to! My guys loved the lemonade! ?
Y’all. Let’s talk our first visit. Kaylee and Caleb are fantastic. Kaylee was incredibly patient with my son and I as neither one of us could figure out the menu. I’m not kidding. She bent over backwards to get him the best combination of a sandwich, cheddar biscuits and white beans available. Me? I cannot figure out condiments to save my life. She gave a taste of everything. While this was happening, a disgruntled man (bless him) was a fussin’. He was upset with the world before he even ordered. Caleb treated him with kindness and respect. Not the “I’m going to get a comment on the interwebs if I don’t deal with this s***.” The human kind. I highly recommend this place and I am thrilled to know it is managed by folks who get me and will care about you.

The food in this location is good. However I can no longer go to this location as the person handed me my food at the window has open sores all over their arms and their face as they are scratching them. Then barehanded they take the cup dip it into the overall ice bin to fix my drink after they have had their hand scratching their sores grabbing my cup and then into the ice. This is disgusting and purely unacceptable. This person does not need to be working in any food industry anywhere. And as long as that person continues to work there I can no longer justify eating their food. If they allow this to be the presentation of their food that sees the public, what are they doing behind the scenes? It's a shame because I do like their food and I think they are polite. And they have great banana pudding. But if this is the kind of person that they allowed to be in contact with your food I can no longer support this business.

Best chicken, Best cheddar biscuits and most importantly BEST SERVICE! Every waldo's location is amazing and has great service but this location remembers their customers and their orders which I think is hard to find in nashville. I always order their chicken and biscuit snack with extra crispy fries and a powerade with a little bit of lemonade and the lady at the counter knows my order right away! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

We love this place! Whenever we are craving some good chicken, this is our go to place. If you like hot sauce, get your chicken rolled in the rocket sauce!!! The management is great and treated us with some banana pudding ?

Great food and fun atmosphere. Troy and the team do a nice job and make it a joy to visit or drive through. Food comes out in time and is consistently good. Prices points are reasonable which is a rarity these days. Good beer selection inside. Team is super friendly and it’s nice to see some consistency amongst team members. Special shout-out to Rose for putting up with me and my three kids who also love dining in!
I wanted to share my experience at Wlado's Chicken from a different perspective, as the crowd reviews seemed predominantly white . This place is amazing! The service was a solid 10/10—friendly welcoming and attentive. The food is delicious and perfectly seasoned, making every bite a delight. The drink prices are reasonable, adding to the overall great value. When I pass through Nashville again, Wlado's Chicken will definitely be on my must-visit list!

Amazing place, food, and customer service! My sister and I have passed by this place many times and never stopped in to try. We decided to give it a shot tonight and were not disappointed. We were greeted by a super knowledgeable man at the counter who then allowed us to try their biscuits and banana pudding. Both were DELICIOUS! I got the tender box and the chicken was breaded to perfection and had a great seasoned kick. Their Mac n cheese was so good and their potato wedges were my preference over their traditional fries.. Overall.. incredible experience and would recommend to my friends! I can’t wait to try more of their menu.
Awesome food and service. Staff seemed extremely happy to be at work and stayed busy. It's good to see a business being ran in a way that the workers want to be there and do their job. Good management shows.
