Was looking for a place to eat lunch quick as we arrived in Nashville. Decided to try out Waldo’s and was not disappointed. One of the best, if not the best chicken sandwiches (The OG) I’ve ever had. My wife, grandma, and kids agree it’s great! The BBQ sauce is 🔥!!! So good!!!! Also the cornbread muffins are great. A gentleman there gave us some free to try. Great service and food! Love the pics of chicken and celebrities past and present on the walls. Cracks me up!

Honestly couldn’t be more pleased! My husband, 2 year old, and I went and had dinner here for the first time. I was alittle hesitate about it at first because they have alcohol, but it was a very family friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, their chicken has great flavor! Definitely recommend for a quick but tasty dinner. We will be coming back again!

The food was spectacular. From the chicken tenders, to their sides and house made lemonade. Probably the best onion rings I have had in a decade. They also have good beer choices. The staff were extremely friendly, they make you feel at home and so welcome. This place will be a regular stop for us going forward.

Drove through and got some delicious rooted chicken and the turnip greens were great! I'd skip the Mac and cheese next time- kinda bland. Banana pudding was a nice sweet treat.

For the price it's worth it! I got the scratch salad with ranch dressing. My wife got the half Fried Chicken. The chicken was juicy not dry like a lot of places. The side are bigger than most places.

Service was great, the staff were polite and welcoming. The food was just plain, not good. The white beans were still too firm and the onions were basically raw. The mac n cheese was way overcooked. The noodles were mush and the noodles at the top had dried out and gone hard. It didn’t have much flavor either. The chicken wasn’t very good either. I got the half, 1/4 breast and wing 1/4 thigh and leg. The coating was crispy and had good flavor, but the chicken wasn’t. It was fairly bland and tough. It was cooked too hot and fast. It was juicy but didn’t pull from the bone like it should. The bit of chicken just below the batter had been cooked so much it was drying out and going translucent. For 21$, not at all worth it. Cane’s or Hattie b’s is a better choice
I like Waldo's, I wish they had better air conditioning and better carry-out bags/boxes so things don't get jumbled.

We were looking for something good to eat and Google reccomended this place. So we cautiously headed towards it, it was a total win!!! Everything was great, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the staff was helpful, the biscuits were to die for!! I will definitely be back.

Last week we were in town and decided to try Waldo’s for the first time—definitely a pleasant surprise! A young man at the register helped us out and made the experience great. He was super friendly and even let us try a few side samples since we weren’t sure what to get. I wish I had gotten his name to give him a proper shoutout—he had a couple arm tattoos, if that helps narrow it down! Funny enough, we just found out there’s a Waldo’s back home too, so we’ll definitely be checking that one out when we’re back.
