Owner yasser promised a meal to me and my wife. Went into the charlotte pk location on 5/19 shown quan the review and where the owner stated we could have a meal and he got us right! Google wont let me delete my previous review or reply but as promised they were true to thier word! Food is great and im glad i got the chance to try them again and see what the hype was about! Definitely a great place with great burger choices and id recommended coming by if your on charlotte pk!

YALL! DO. NOT. SLEEP. ON. WAYBACK BURGERS! THERE WAS ONLY ONE GUY WORKING WHEN ME AND MY 2 COLLEGUES STOPPED IN ON OUR WAY HOME FROM A 3 DAY TRAINING. HE MADE SOME BOMB ASS BURGERS! THE TOTS, SHAKES, FRIES AND BURGERS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 👏👏👏 IM BRINGING THE FAM BACK TO THIS ONE!!

I get that it's a new menu item but the wrong size and type of tortillas were used, were destroyed and unwrappable, and this is how the items came when opened. Chicken and bacon were at least nice quality.

I've worked in and ran restaurants since I was a teenager and this place has the best burger I've had in many years.
Me and my wife came in for 2 burgers. When we got in the employees walked to the back and when i asked if they would take our order they stated it would be an hour wait due to a catering order. There was noone in store and out burgers could have easily been made. We drove 40 minutes just to be turned away and forced to go somewhere else.
