Wayback Burgers

Me and my wife came in for 2 burgers. When we got in the employees walked to the back and when i asked if they would take our order they stated it would be an hour wait due to a catering order. There was noone in store and out burgers could have easily been made. We drove 40 minutes just to be turned away and forced to go somewhere else.

Just an ok burger, kinda bland tasting

This is by far the worst quality food I’ve ever had in my life. When getting my order the bag was soaking wet… not shocking, the food inside looked like it was soaked in watery grease. I opened one of the burgers and the bun was saturated and literally could not be held because the bun was disintegrating due to being soaking wet. The other burger had so much ketchup on it, the wrapper was covered inside and out- i was almost convinced that was the cause of the soaking wet food. Couldn’t be- I imagine the person who prepared our order took a full glass of water and turned it over into the bag before sending it out. Not to mention that I asked for extra pickles and was met with toxic, flimsy, radioactive, out of date frisbees. The shakes I got which were brownie and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch were unbearable. The cereal within the shake was soggy and a horrible texture- not something this place has nailed on the head so far. The key point here is their golden sauce which promises a perfect dipping sauce. I’m not sure what I’m expected to dip into the mix of mustard and barbecue sauce. I think I’d be more impressed if this was presented in a better way than just two squirts of each sauce into the cup and it’s given a little shake. I truly would never eat here again, even if the food doesn’t take me out first.

Which dishes would I recommend, Google?? …none of them.

Great place for a classic burger. Patty could have used a bit more seasoning, but the extras were a great add! Definitely recommend the shakes and fries!

In the beginning of this review I was upset with the miscommunication that took place during my husband's 1st trip to this restaurant. I am recanting my review especially since the Manager responded very quickly to my disappointment..

Thank you Mr. Yasser, that means a lot. Also as I stated in our text communication, my husband later mentioned he gave the tip therefore, he wanted the person taking his order to have it. I appreciate your generosity of rectifying our experience by granting us a refund for the incorrect burger order. We will stop by and show the receipt to the manager to receive those funds.
This speaks volumes to the credibility of your establishment and shows how much you value your customers.

Been coming here for a few years. If you like smash burgers I would say this is one of the better and more affordable places in Nashville to get one. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Everything is made fresh with quality ingredients. I can't really speak about the atmosphere, I usually get my stuff and go.

I was very unimpressed. The employees had only a subtle command of English, the food was overpriced and only mediocre. Also the cash register asks you for a tip for what is effectively fast food that wasn't particularly fast. My "cajun" burger was tasteless, and they dumped way too much chocolate in my milkshake. I will never return.

Food was great. Service was a little slow but they seemed to be short handed. A few other details would point to be short handed as well. A couple of the fountain drink choices were out of syrup. Several of the tables were dirty. I let the employees know. Being only two people working and six orders back to back, they probably didn't get to those duties for a bit. Just be mindful if you are in a hurry, it may take a few minutes. The employees were super nice. Really hope they get some help soon because I definitely want to revisit. They have very good burgers.

Burgers were pretty good but a bit on the pricier side. I had a cheeseburger and chilli cheese fries and it was $20.00+
The chilli cheese fries were ok at best.

It was kinda dark and service was slow to come to the register. The burger was EXCELLENT!!!
