Biggest issue is the drive through line, just doesn't seem to move with any urgency. I've only sat in line 1 of the 3 times I've visited recently so it's either not being addressed to staff or not cared much about. Reoccurring issue as simple as this one needs attention.

I waited in front of the door for my order for 30 minutes. When I pressed the button there, the people inside were yelling. As someone who had been waiting for 30 minutes, they yelled at me when I pressed the button.

This morning Nov. 19 @ 9am, I was picking up my mobile order in store when the white woman working the drive thru was extremely rude to both me and her coworker. She yelled at me from across the kitchen to ask what my order was and when i couldnt here hear her, her tone became more infuriated and rolled her eyes while scrawling at me. This happened right after she proceeded to berade her coworker coming up front. Do better Wendy's. There is no reason for such hostility. You do not have to work this job.

Theyre great during the day but at night they can’t read or they just purposely do everything wrong. If you order a bacon cheeseburger it won’t have bacon. If you order a spicy chicken sandwich you get regular. And if you order it plain they just refry it and it’ll still have mayonnaise on it in some spots.

Played with my order so bad. Had 2 biggie bags and they gave me 3 fries and no nuggets. Also messed up the burgers 2 times and the food still was not correct.

Domnecia was such a patient and knowledgeable cashier she knew all the things we were curious about and helped us make our choices and even sold me those sweet Halloween treat bucks. I went with my 9 & 12 year old girls who were so happy joking and asking questions with her. Even my picky baby found something new that is now In her top favorite things. We arrived just as breakfast was ending and lunch was begining our food was hot and fresh. She even brought it to me at our table. She is priceless we will be back very soon we found our happy place. Thank you done ia and the manager lady who also helped and smiled so sweetly to my shy 12 yr old. This store might not be the most money making placed but its ppl make it the best!! Oh then there's the food yummmmmm

Came here afternoon on a Tuesday. Flies everywhere. Staff was high while working. Saw someone drop a nugget and put it back in bin. Sticky floors and tables and dirty bathrooms. Get the health and safety people in here.
