This Wendy needs some SERIOUS attention. Both freestyle coke machines need looked at. Both machines serve flat soda, and the ice machine doesn't work for both.The floors are filthy and very sticky. Mens restroom was also discusting and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks.The lady who took my order was very nice. However, don't expect to get your food quick it took over 10 minutes, and it wasn't even that busy.

I placed an order through door dash around 11 because I am sick and was just wanting something quick. The dashed arrived on time and I noticed the time kept getting pushed back so I contacted him and he mentioned they told him to leave the drive through and wait for someone by the door. He waited at the door for over 20 mins and nobody assisted him. I recommended him to go back to the drive through and shortly after my order was cancelled due to "the store not having the items I ordered". That would've been nice to know PRRIOR to waiting an hour and a half. Poor customer service. Do not recommend ordering from here.

The people and the service from then was good. Yet, my jr cheese burger was dry and on very stale bread. They seemed very understaffed and the lunch hour was just beginning.

I ordered the Ghost Pepper chicken sandwich expecting my order to have some resemblance of the picture from the menu. Instead of getting the premium chicken patty that comes with the sandwich, I received one from their value menu. And I'll let you see for yourselves what I ordered vs what I got!!

YIKES! Beware this place has trash everywhere, homeless man sleeping inside and actual children working that I’m almost positive we’re underage. No one were in uniforms the food was cold. Honestly I wasn’t going eat it even if I thought it was fresh. The tables had not been cleaned in hours and the trash was piled so high I had to walk out immediately. This is totally unacceptable for a restaurant and I will never return. Oh and the drink machine that was covered in snot had no ice or flavors to even choose from. I’m appalled this place is the face of Vanderbilt Commodores.
