it was 8 15 pm sat night MARCH 1 25 my friend was Ubering had a oder came in he went to pick it up i was on his other ph line hearing all the drive thru women told him we're not taking any uber orders right now. he said why she repeated it. then he got the customer on the ph. tracking said uber telling her it almost done? my friend said if not taking orders turn off ur uber ordering. then the manager came to window yelling WE NOT TAKING UBER ORDERS WE SAID as she standing there with her appearance of 3 colored hair hanging out drive thru window SHE HANGS HER HAED OUT WINDOW SHOUTING YOU GO FU_K YOURSELF!! PS Uber driver tells customer sorry. She says, ITS OK do you know a place we can get some chili? WE JUST FLEW HOME FROM ST.JUDES HOSPITAL WITH MY DAUGHTTER WHOM IS VERY SICK ALL SHE WAS WANTING WAS SOME CHILLI it broke my heart....

I’m tired of coming to this location and getting low tier service. The people at the drive have a ratchet attitude from hell! Either they ignore you at the intercom or your food is shorted and messed up! Tired of the nasty diva attitudes!

If I could leave zero stars I would. My experience today was with a darker complected girl with cherry red hair.The service I received through the drive Thru was one of the worst experience I've ever had. I came to get 2 frosties. I asked for one vanilla and one salted caramel before I even finished the girl barked at me that it was chocolate or vanilla while they still had all the signs stating they had the caramel. While I attempted to ask a question she kept interrupting me when I asked if I could finish she said she could not hear me but she would not give me a chance to speak I finally just spit out what I wanted with no conformation from her. I pulled up paid my ticket. She handed me my shakes and slammed the window closed. I had to sit there Amd wave just to get her to come back she opened the door I asked for the straw and when finished the slammed
The windows again. I work in the service industry and i know people have hard days but the behavior and poor attitude and just down right terrible service I received shows why this store has the reviews it does. Do better wendys and hold your employees accountable

Ordered a triple cheeseburger and a Cobb salad on our way out of town, got on the interstate and the hamburger was a single patty. Paid $23.00 and didn’t even get what we ordered. Tried to call them, and the phone number says it’s busy. I will never go back there.

We arrived at an awkward time between breakfast and lunch.
My family and I stood at the counter waiting for the lady who continued to walk back and forth in front of us to take our order.
After some time, without her acknowledgment, we notice a kiosk for ordering.
After ordering, it was still a long time when the lady said we must place our order at the kiosk. I told her I had placed my order there a long time ago.
After a while longer, she said, "You ordered breakfast, breakfast is over, and we don't have baconators now. They finally fixed 3 sandwiches and left them on the preparation table. I think waiting for potatoes.
Again, after some time, I got this woman's attention and asked her to serve what she had, otherwise, we were going to miss our flight.
She stated very rudely, "You should have told me that earlier."
I'm not sure what I should have done differently other than to choose a different place to eat.

To top it off, when we sat down to eat, the floor was ladened with heavy gue. Not just sticky, but the kind that mushes around the cleats of your shoes.

I was grateful to get to eat prior to having to eat at the airport, but it was a stressful experience that should not have happened.

It is terrible the times that we live in that employees can act in this manner and still keep their job because at least they come to work.

I stepped in a 20 inch uncovered hole in their grassy area and sprained my mcl and acl. I spoke to management and never heard anything back. Very dangerous and they took absolutely no responsibility for their negligence. They never even checked on me or the severity of my injury. Luckily I have witnesses and pictures. I have no choice but let my attorneys settle this painful and horrifying experience that should have never happened.

Worst Wendy’s in the area. Go to literally any other Wendy’s nearby before this one. Workers didn’t want to do anything to help and just stood around and told me what to do instead of just doing it. Take my order, and if you want me to use a kiosk, I will, but then don’t get upset when I am ordering things available on the kiosk menu if they aren’t available.

I never write reviews because it never that deep unless it’s safety matter. But yeah I have to report this, I visited this Wendy’s around 12:30 a.m., and despite it being late, I expected it to be up to par with other locations like Franklin, Murfreesboro, or Antioch. Unfortunately, this was far from the case.

When I pulled up to the window, I saw a worker handling fries without gloves, and it looked like they were snacking on them. The sandwich maker only wore one glove and even touched a mop bucket before handling food. The poor cashier seemed like she was doing her best under tough circumstances, but the customer service was lacking.

The food was awful – the chicken and fries were clearly old. The worst part? We found a piece of paper, like a cheese wrapper, in our food! It was disgusting. I’m calling the health department to check this place out because hygiene is clearly not a priority here. Just because I was in casual clothes doesn’t mean I don’t care about the service I receive. You never know who you are serving or who’s watching. Hopefully Tennessee Department of Health will be reaching out.
