I sat here and Watched this girl with the braids make 3 orders where she reached her hand in the tub and grabbed the 4pc nuggets with her BARE hands after taking orders making drinks and bagging them I instantly said something to her and asked her not to make my food it was absolutely disgusting !!! Why would you be contaminating peoples food? Not once seen her wash her hands and I came in here to get nuggets for my child!! Unsanitary and disgusting.

On the Wendy’s scale this may be the best one I’ve ever been to. One of the only Wendy’s around Nash that will consistently be open when advertised and generally get your orders right.

The app didn't take my discount off and on top of that the lady at the window was very rude. Also apparently their idea of a croissant bread is a ciabatta bun.

Last night, January 30, 2025, at approximately 9:12–9:15 p.m., my sister and I were waiting inside a Wendy’s location for our order when we observed concerning behavior by an employee.
During this time, a male employee (white, shoulder-length dirty blonde hair) was smoking inside the restaurant while handling items near the food preparation area and speaking with a coworker. The behavior appeared to be routine, as no employees showed concern or attempted to intervene. After a female employee noticed us observing the situation, she quietly spoke to him, at which point he exited the building.
Smoking inside a food establishment—particularly near food handling areas—is unsanitary, unsafe, and unprofessional. This conduct poses a serious health concern and should be addressed immediately to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

I ordered 4 items for $6. Unfortunately, the burger was cold and tasted like plastic. I requested no salt on the fries, but they were salted anyway. The soda tasted watered down. The only good item was the chicken nuggets, which were hot.
On a positive note, the customer service was good, and I appreciated that the lady who prepared the burger was wearing gloves.
Overall, I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for hot, fresh food.
