The first time we came here, the service was terrible. The staff was rude, the food was cold and you could tell it had been made a while ago. We have it one more try - everyone has off or bad days. But the second time was just as bad. As an example, we ordered a Dr Pepper with one of the meals. We went back up to the counter and asked for a new one because the one we were given through the drive thru had no syrup in it, it was just the carbonated water. The staff member said there was nothing wrong with it. We said that it tasted terrible and could we get a new drink. She went over to the machine and got a little bit of the Dr Pepper, tasted it, and said she liked it. We again asked for a new drink, and that we could dump out the one we had. We weren’t just trying to get a free drink, this one just tasted terrible. She was very rude, rolled her eyes at us, and walked away from us. We had to find someone else to talk to and they just about had the same reaction.

Would give a zero if I could. I thought the speaker might not be working because I never heard it. Drove around only to be met with the worst attitude. I was told that she spoke to me and she wasn't going to argue with me about it. I tried to order while she rolls her eyes and flashes her eyelashes at me with a scowl. I finally just cancelled my order and told her that I didn't like her attitude and drove off

My family and I have visited this Wendy's off and on for years, they are constantly hiring new people. We visited again recently after church. All the cashiers have attitude problems, some won't say 2 words to you. Instead They will watch you stand in the lobby and just walk around in the back. They will give you trouble about remaking any food. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Homeless and drug addicts passing through or hanging out in the parking lot. Wendy's needs to start hiring people who actually care about a job and have customer service skills.
Parking: Always parking spots because no one ever eats here
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Drug addicts and homeless pass through the parking lot. Needles and trash in parking lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: Only one entrance for wheelchairs into the store.
