I've been here several times in the past years and every time it's the same. Never prompt at the drive through ordering kiosk. Luke warm soggy fries at 4pm. The food that ends up being served is a poor delivery considering how Wendy's food is supposed to be enjoyed.

Slowest service ever every damn time! Literally just went to pick up my food with nobody in the drive-thru and I was still told to park and wait for my food for 20+ minutes. Get some appropriate staffing at this place or just close it down already!

Went there with my boyfriend and then kept saying they couldn’t hear us and we repeated ourselves then they repeated I told him and we said that was wrong because we got two meals but they only charged us for one and then they tried saying our card declined when we showed them the payment went through

If you wanna sit at the speaker all day for no reason and repeatedly be told to “hold on” even tho 30 minutes pass; you should definitely come get food here :)

May have been the worst Wendy's experience I've had. I didn't get a receipt to document, but it was just not worth the $16. Hard bun, the cheese didn't even melt. The drink machine had no ice and many of the flavor choices were empty. This location is my least favorite which is a shame since it is closest to home. The order was correct and the counter person was nice, though he was working with money and food with one gloved hand. Please, do better.
