Did an online order in the app. Selected the drive-thru option. When I went through the drive-thru, I was told I had to come inside. This is unacceptable. Will be a while before I visit again.
Well every time I go in they can't ever get my points or rewards right but for the most part it is okay! The staff there is mostly good people and curtious! Depends on who is working but for the most part they are kind,thank you WENDYS TEAM MEMBERS FOR THE GREAT Job!
Hit or miss on service. Sometimes amazing service with polite staff other times rude employees with them claiming to be open over the phone but no one will answer the drive thru and the doors are all locked. Food is prepared well though.
