Maybe the other Nashville Wendy’s have conditioned me to expect each trip to be like a player versus player combat zone, but been to this one a couple times now and food is ready on time and order is correct. Which is all ya can ask for

Everyone on staff 8/15/25 at 11:30 pm central needs to be terminated.
I went through the drive thru and placed my order. The young lady stated she couldn’t hear me and asked me to pull around. So i gave my order again really slow….. welll she nor the kitchen crew heard my order…. Even tho she repeated everything i said to her…. I wasn’t given a receipt but i have my bank statement showing the charge but i never got my correct items.

I’ve been at the drive thru waiting for service for more than 15 minutes, more people was waiting to order behind me, nobody showed up until we went to the window service, very rude and nothing respectful the 3 people working in that shift

Tried the overpriced Wednesday's Meal of Misfortune....it was God- Awful!!! Precooked, overcooked hard ckn. nuggets same with the fries & a ? labeled mystery sauce that was hot mixed w/ fruit......desinned to hide nastiness of food!!! The frosty mixed with dark cherries was surprisely good!

If the dining room is closed then dine in shouldn't be an option for placing an order on the app, I would've just gone somewhere else if I knew I couldn't sit down and eat.

I ate a burger from there five minutes later I throw up when I went to the window to pick it up. All you seen inside was smoke.

Very rude I went to the drive thru and every time they don’t know what I want , I went to the window and the girl didn’t take my order and she told me I have to go back again to talk to the speaker to take the order. I left without getting food. Don’t recommend that place
