The day manager days ago on Sunday Dec 28, 2025 when I asked for a Senior coffee was NASTY and MOUTHY with me and gave me BAD Half and Half creamer and then complained about it but did give me another cup of coffee with good creamer but told me to leave I travel all over the US and stop at a lot of Wendy's but have NEVER been treated like that she shouldn't be a manager I think I'll talk to corporate about her

Very unsanitary! Please be mindful that customers can see straight through the window at the drive thru. There’s no reason I should see the person bagging food digging in his pants.

Placed a Door Dash order for 6 meals, including the new Wednesday Wheel of Misfortune meal & it was missing food & mostly wrong. They failed to include 3 lg fries, the iced coffes were incorrect, the Ravens Blood frosty was not chocolate & they added toppings to burgers that were specifically requested not to be added. Complete waste of time & money.

The salad almost always has wilted lettuce. Other than that, the food is fine. The staff at the drive-thru is typically brusque and never smiles.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They consistently fail to open on time—even though their listed hours say they should be open, no one is ever at the drive-thru when I pass by around 6:30 AM. This has happened multiple times, which clearly shows a lack of reliability.

On top of that, the few times I have managed to get service here, the employees have had terrible attitudes—unfriendly, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills.

If you're looking for a quick and pleasant breakfast experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this location. It’s a waste of time and patience.

Went inside doors were unlocked, was about to order food then the guy said the inside was locked so I had to go out, then I've waited in line outside for 20min then got told they couldn't place my order because I don't have a car, why dous having a car affect you getting food? This is wrong!
