Order set for 6:20 saw me outside the window at 6:35,Doors locked not sure when dining area opens but my order is carry out ,one employee standing sipping a drink just looking at me ,it's currently like 40 degrees or around there while I'm sitting waiting,that's borderline inhumane treatment,I see why so many go to McDonald's instead

Just went through the drive through and tried to order the apple pecan salad without cheese. I was told it doesn’t have cheese. I double checked that it did not come with blue cheese. Was told again it does not have cheese. The salad I received was covered in blue cheese. If they come prepackaged and you can’t take it off, that’s fine. I could have ordered something else. I now have no meal.

my sandwich was not the size it should have been cheese didn't melt so I assume the meat wasn't that hot also why do they put condiments on top of food that people hands touched u wonder will they eat out my hands if I touched it so ....

if I could give this Wendy’s no stars, I would. I ordered 10 nuggets and when I got home, this is what I received?? I handled it with customer service but I refuse to go back to that Wendy’s.

After doing a mobile order, I pulled up to the drive thru and gave them my name. Whenever I pulled around, a worker was picking up trash at the drive thru window. I waited a couple of minutes for her to finish. When she stepped away, I pulled forward. She then got by my passenger window and yelled, “Why you in a damn rush, they ain’t even made it yet?” I was more than respectful to this lady. There is no reason for this large black lady to yell at any of their customers especially ones that did not even speak to do anything to her. I will never go back to this Wendy’s due to this woman’s disrespectful behavior. Employees should always treat customers with respect

We just left this location and we told the lady what we wanted in the drive thru, said what we wanted then after the 3rd time she had it right when she was talking but still had it wrong on the screen. Then had the nerve to walk to the first window to catch an attitude When she still had it wrong right in front of us. Lucky the guy who was taking our money was really nice and apologized for that. Baby if u don’t like ya job go somewhere else we’re customers and we said said it nicely. Oh and I have dat video of the woman to.
