Possibly the best Wendy's restaurants in the Nashville area. I sent my mobile order and was delayed getting to the restaurant. Once I got there, the manager told me he'd just thrown my food away because I didn't answer. I told him I understood and was going to take the L. He offered to make my food fresh and asked me if I had time to wait. I'm thankful for him taking the time to do that although he didn't have to. Outstanding customer service!

The cashier jumped down my throat for asking for a flavor of drink they advertised but she said they don't have. After getting my order the potato wedges were burned and the order was completely wrong. Do better Wendy's!!!

The lady at the counter definitely needed a Snickers I think she was very hangry the worker that was outside came in wreaking of marijuana and there was no ice in the drink fountain but the lady at the counter was so frustrated I did not want to go and tell her or ask for ice because I didn't want to get jumped down the throat

Definitely the worst staffed place everDefinitely not great costumer service and definitely don’t work until the hours posted onlineTried to get some food at 1 am on a Friday nightWhen clearly they show they’re open until 2 amAnd was greeted with a rude tone saying they weren’t taking my order… when I asked why?… they told because because they wanted to leave and didn’t care that they were supposed to to be open until 2 am… that it wasn’t their problem i showed up at 1am and late….. i was super baffled at this Specially when yes I was there at 1 am.. and they still had another hour of work based on the hours posted by the store… definitely Wrong Place to come to

Do not order food through their pickup online option.It doesn’t appear on their end but you do get charged.I went there and they couldn’t find my order on the system.Asides that, lady at the drive thru was really rude and mean for no reason.I called the number that was provided on the confirmation email and they didn’t try to help .They were really abrasive and unprofessional.10000 times do not recommend .

Very good chili here , the customer service here is so so… I’ve been here at times and received the wrong size drinks n they didn’t fix the problem, but then again I have been there and the manager greeted me and even went and got me sauces. Overall a good spot tho.
