I went to this Wendy's and the dining area was closed. I went through the drive thru I sat and sat and sat waiting for my order to be taken. I thought to myself they must be closed. I rolled around to the window and they were open the cashier looked at me walked away from the dive thru and grabbed another lady with dirty teeth ( I saw this in the dark. It httpsb-This lady proceeded to tell me that I needed to go back to the speaker. I explained to her that I was already and no one asked to take my order even acknowledged me. I'm a business man. Instead of this woman taking my order and telling me to move and they will bring it out. She began making excuses for the bad service. I then said I will take my money elsewhere. She allowed me to leave and slammed the window. As a business man this is not a person you want in leadership How many customers a day does this happen to. How much is being lost because of the lack of training and intelligence. I reallyhope this woman get her teeth fixed and also her attitude. I spent money somewhere. I will not be returning.

I had doordash pick up order and I came to the restaurant without a car to pick up my order for myself inside and they forced me to go through drive through without a car. When it was my place in line I came to the windows and they forced me to go back inside. I begin to argue saying it wasn’t customer friendly but manager begin to yell at me and told me to leave with no order. It was disgusting. I’m gonna contact the franchise owners. It happened at 6:15 pm

I have been coming to this Wendy’s for 4 years now and it’s always been terrible, but recently the food has been better, it’s always hot, and tastes good. Not sure if they just got cooks who actually care or what, but I’m cool with it since it’s the closest fast food place to my house. The drive thru wait time sucks but at least it’s better than the Popeyes on Jefferson I’m okay with waiting 15 mins for my food if it comes out tasting good!The building itself inside and out could really use some of that Wendy’s corporate money to get a makeover though.Vegetarian options: They have salads and potatoes
Roaches I repeat this location has roaches and they aren’t even trying to hide it I was picking up a ubereats order for a customer and saw bugs roaches etc right there on the counter directly on front of them I called it out and they kind of passed it off one girl literally rolled her eyes at me now they where young and looked like teens or college students so I overlooked it and I pointed it out to one of the older employees and he said right out the corporate doesn’t care about this location because it’s in the hood using that as an excuse I guess he was tryiny to say that they are not provided enough cleaning utensils products etc to keep the place sanitary ??♂️
