Drive-thru worker gave me attitude and started mumbling behind window (“It’s too cold for this” and replying with rude “YES!”) after I asked to confirm about my order. Not what to look forward to after having to wait in line for almost 15 minutes.

It's not what you expect in your food. They use the food that already has time to dry the chicken and that's how they serve it. I don't recommend going to eat at this location

Says they open at 8am online, but I arrived at 9:10am to find an employee inside shaking their head and pointing toward their watch. There's no hours posted on any of the doors, either.

Just left this went oct 30 7:42 pm check who was on the clock the lady with the short braids working the drive thru had a horrible attitude! And when I got to the window she kept talking under her breath saying ice is doing a horrible job! Discrimination at its finest it’s just disgusting to know people like this work at this job I don’t even want to eat my food knowing they have this much hatred towards us it’s just sad

Empty drive thru, waited nearly ten minutes before our order was taken. 2 of the three sandwiches we ordered were made incorrectly, and our kid's toy wasn't included in the bag at all. Worst wendy's in nashville by a mile. Avoid at all costs.

The manager is rude and it takes a very long time to get your order. The staff are not friendly and slow. They all have a non caring attitude. The worst place I've ever rated
