Came this morning my partner ordered food and I had to use the restroom. Cashier had the most negative energy given off. I had to ask four times if I could use the restroom she waits and responds with any attitude someone is in there and then was rude about my partner asking for ketchup. Like I don’t know if she was upset with her coworkers or what but that’s not how you greet and treat your customers. Could’ve been problematic if customers came with that same negative energy. 01/31/25

The woman at the drive thru around 1:20pm on 1.14.2025 gave me some attitude after SHE gave me the wrong order. When i realized I had the wrong order i pulled back around the drive thru to let them know. I try to be as nice as possible to fast food workers because Ive been in their shoes, being rude to people never helps! I told them at the speaker that i was given the wrong order and they cut me off and said “i gotchu i gotchu i gotchu, pull around” so, I did. When i got to the window a different, younger girl with braces asked what I ordered so I told her exactly. The woman who took my order the first time was behind her and seemed very rushed and asked me “what’s missing what’s missing?” I said again, I got someone else’s order (because technically nothing is “missing” I didn’t receive anything that was correct) and i tried to hand her the bag so she could see. She put her hand up at me and said “i don’t want that we can’t take nothing back” so i just set it back down in my car. The younger girl told her what I ordered and the ruder woman shoves my bag toward me and said “grilled chicken wrap and large fry, that’s what i’ve been asking you this whole time.” I shot her a look of disbelief because… why are you treating me this way after your mistake? Her entire vibe was just rude. Also, why are you in SUCH hurry that you’re getting annoyed with me? Slow down a bit and make sure you’re getting things right. I already told the first girl my order, so I didn’t understand why she was asking me what was missing. They were standing right next to each other. I didn’t even get any sort of apology for the mistake, but I would have looked past that if it weren’t for her attitude towards me. She also never gave me a receipt or even asked if i wanted one which is a huge pet peeve. Withholding it feels sketchy. Anyway, I’ve never had a bad experience at this location before until I encountered this woman. The person in charge should try to talk to her.

Went through drive thru and was rushed by black lady with teeth missing at window. I bought food and a frosty key tag and she gave me a frosty with frosty all over outside. It went all over me, my car and my things. I kept trying to get a napkin and she wouldn’t acknowledge. I had to hold the frosty out the window. I finally honked after waving at her over and over and she still kept talking to black dude behind her. She gave me my card back and I had already sat the frosty on the windowsill. I had to quickly ask for a napkin as she closed the window bc she was in such a hurry to not help me. She said ok and never gave me the napkin. She waited and waited then handed my food and I said I need a new frosty bc that one has stuff all over it and all over everything in here and I asked you for a napkin. She said I was giving you a napkin it’s in the bag. I said I needed it faster than with food and now need a new frosty. She asked the guy to remake it and not to fill it up too much, which wasn’t the issue to begin with, they just got it all over outside. After I left they hadn’t even given me a spoon or straw for it. I guess I was supposed to use the one from my drink. Insane. Do better!!!

Nice atmosphere..staff are always welcoming… this place is heart of the city .. sit around with friends and families are always the best place here . Food is always excellent, serve properly.

Never had a chance to eat stood in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting on somebody to wait on us two people walked by us ask who's working the front nobody signed into take our order 5 minutes later still no one so we walked out

I tried to place a breakfast order, as did the car in front of me. But we both left because no one answered in the drive thru however the employee was outside smoking when we drove past. I guess that's why there were zero other customers at 7 am. Good luck staying open.

Hands down my favorite fast food place!! This Mushroom Baccon Burger is to die 4!!
I am wondering why they decided to lock the door from anyone coming in during the lunch Hour the drive-through is completely filled with people and no one can go in. That is ridiculous.
