Restroom dirty pre-lunch. Trash overflowing, mirror & plumbing fixtures need to be cleaned. Parking lot asphalt surface & paint is weathered & in bad shape. Seventeen of the drink options on the only dining room bevarage machine were unavailable.

Went theough the drive through at 6:45. Ordered 2 burgers and a chicken deluxe. The fries were soggy and not even warm. The frosty was partially filled. I asked for fresh fries and received them and the person at the window filled up the frosty. Went back to my 93 year oldest assisted living to eat these and my chicken sandwich was like jerky, I kid you not, it was so dry. Inedible. My husband had to drive back to get another one. Ridiculous when we were all tired after medical appts.

Amber was super rude over some fries! I asked for no salt & received salt on my fries! Instead of just fixing the issue she went back & forth with her co workers about my fries having no salt when indeed they did have salt on them! Next time Amber, don’t go back & forth while the customer is present. Do better!

My food was cold and the meat on my burger looked and tasted like it had been cooked several hours earlier it was very dried out and uneatiable! I did not feel like getting in my car and driving back to store so ended up throwing away the meal. My advice go to another Wendy's this store obviously does not care about food quality at all.

I only gave 1 star bc I had to. The manager is just awful. I was inside the restaurant when I witnessed him yelling and screaming at staff. He makes for a very toxic workplace. Plus no one wants to hear all that mess on their lunch break. This man cannot control his anger. Whoever has him managing this store is having a lapse in judgment. I will never return until the demon has been replaced

The guy almost threw my drinks out of the window. My order was wrong and I had to turn back. No straw, no fork, no napkins, no ketchup and when I asked for those things he closed the window and threw a fit with his coworker. WORSE place to go, I’m surprised they haven’t closed this place yet.
