I always use the drive thru. The people working here are always so friendly and helpful. That means as much to me as good food. I ordered two singles and large fries. The food was fixed exactly as I requested. It was hot and it was perfect! This is my favorite Wendy's in the Nashville area! They always get it right!

This place was filthy. No ice no regular nuggets and no one tried to make the customers feel appreciated. I should have gone to Cookout. Wendy's on Dickerson Pike Nashville Tn. Ordered at 8:01 and still waiting at 8:40 with no apologies. Manger in lobby interacting with friends. Very frustrated! Now McDonalds is looking good! Ugh! Still Waiting!!!!

I miss the Wendy's on Gallatin so when I swung by this location, I admit I expected to be underwhelmed. However, the food was really fresh and tasty! I got a Jr. Baconator and it was delicious. I also had a frosty, which sometimes taste like cold nothing, and it was pretty good. Cheers to the staff and management.
