i ordered on the app and when i got there their power was out, not their fault i understand but when we knocked on the door they literally started yelling at me saying “there’s nothing we can do” over and over again. this was on feb 19th, it’s not the 25th and i’ve called the store, two seperate help lines four times each and i still haven’t gotten my FORTY dollars back.

My phone was acting up made wait after paying for over 40 minutes!! Food was cold and they lift out food I paid for had to go in the get food and my food was hard then wow!! And drinks was awful nasty! Couldn’t feed my child baby her food it was so hard!! That’s crazy and I use to work for Wendy’s wow!!

So many health code violations. The kitchen was very dirty, the workers were super loud cursing up a storm behind the counter. It was a mess. The workers who were handling the food were not wearing any gloves. The cashier was handling money, didn’t wash her hands and went to the back and started touching and picking up the food with her bare hands before placing the food in the bags. THAT’S HOW PEOPLE GET SICK!!!! I’m glad I was inside the restaurant to see this firsthand. I canceled my order within the app and just walked out the restaurant. I will NEVER order a thing from this place ever again. I already warned my family and friends about this place.

The place was also very dirty, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Lastly, they had a homeless man sitting around in the dining room. Do not come here, incredibly gross.

Terrible AF. They open at 5:00am but I pull up at 5:45 sit here for 10 minutes and no one comes over the speaker. Happen at least 3 times a week. It’s the only place besides McDonald’s that has breakfast so it’s super disappointing, glad to have it when I can but if your lights are on and people are clearly inside why isn’t no one taking orders.

If I could give location a 0 I would. I just came through the line I ordered 5 biggie bags and two large chilis. They had no cup holders, no chili seasoning, and no sour cream. To put the icing on the cake, they bagged all those items in two little bags as you can see the bag ripped. I don’t understand who runs this establishment. I go here often. They are also always out of bake potatoes, bbq sauce, and even refuse to give you cookies so they big back self can eat them. And if you do get a cookie it’s a cookie that has been sitting out for damn near days. All dry and crumbly like a chip ahoy cookie. Employees are also extremely rude there excluding the morning shift. I spend 35$ on food and can’t even get the proper condiments, that’s so insane

Everything I come here they make me wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drive Thru . I asked for a small chocolate frosty to go with my meal and the lady in the drive thru told me that her line was too long to make me a frosty. What a joke

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went here on Christmas Eve night. And should’ve followed my first mind and went elsewhere. When the young lady started to take my order she was rude and rushing. We get our food and get home. And my son’s chicken sandwich was raw. I immediately went back. And she yells from the window they’re closed. I said you’ll sold me a raw chicken sandwich. She proceeds to say what do you want us to do about it we’re closed. I’m like so you’ll aren’t gonna recook it she’s like no we’re closed. I said I guess a full refund then. She said no we only refunding for the sandwich now the meal. And when I tell you this sandwich was raw. When my son bit into it. It literally looks like they breaded chicken breast dipped it for one minute and took it out.
