Worst service ever! They took $5.70 for dessert. I ordered on the app one to the county to pick it up and they told me they were sold out.
Didn’t they said they couldn’t issue me a refund I had to contact customer service through the app.
I’ve called the customer service line 9 times already and you cannot speak with an agent. It just automatically disconnects when you hit the option to speak with customer service. From the time I placed my order it has been over three hours, and I still don’t have a refund. 🤬

Stood in line (by myself noone else was in the lobby or line) for 15 minutes after one of the 5 African American ladies behind the counter told me to hold on for a minute. They proceeded to cut up and giggle while slowly making drive through orders and I eventually just left after waiting for 15 minutes

WILDD!! every female in there was screaming, cussing and getting held back from swinging on each other! Took soo long to even order and I still had to pull off to the side just to wait 15 minutes on a single chicken wrap. This place is crazy, but it was entertaining nonetheless lol owners are not realizing how much their employees are affecting their business...

food was ice cold and they gave me minute maid lemonade instead of the natural lemonade i asked and was upcharged for. this has happened on multiple occasions before with the lemonade so much so that i started getting soda with my meals but today i forgot.

I always use the drive thru. The people working here are always so friendly and helpful. That means as much to me as good food. I ordered two singles and large fries. The food was fixed exactly as I requested. It was hot and it was perfect! This is my favorite Wendy's in the Nashville area! They always get it right!
