First of all, my family and I were here doing Christmas shopping and wanted a quick snack. The warming display has barely anything in it (red flag number 1, but we were hungry) Second, the service was AWFUL. We waited for over 20 minutes for a pretzel that they said would only take 5 minutes, other customers who placed orders after us got theirs before we did. Third, one of the girls making the pretzels did not wear gloves and licked her hands and fingers before going back to making pretzels! She did not wash her hands at all! At this point we just wanted a refund, it is unsanitary and service was awful! At first they didn’t want to give us a refund because their receipt machine didn’t work and print ours out but eventually we did get one and LO AND BEHOLD, it wasn’t even the correct amount! We paid over $30 for food we didn’t get and only got $15 back. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

We have never been to this mall or a good place like this and Tim and Vi, the employees there were amazing. They were so nice and cool and went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we had fresh amazing food and drinks.
Loved stopping by here before shopping. The peppermint frozen hot chocolate was amazing!

"Disappointing Pretzel Experience—Avoid This Place!"
So, I was just trying to grab a quick snack at this mall when I stumbled upon this pretzel store. Never heard of this brand, but figured, why not? My kids, of course, wanted their usual pretzels, but I thought I’d give it a shot.
I get to the display warmer and—are you kidding me? The pretzels looked like they came out of a kids' cooking class! Seriously, they were in the weirdest shapes ever!! The display itself looked messy and unappealing. And don't even get me started on the pretzel bites; they were basically half empty! With prices going up everywhere, there's no way I'm wasting my money on these.
Just a short walk away, you can find a place that actually knows how to make pretzels (photo included). Honestly, corporate really needs to step in here, do some inspections, and train the staff properly. What a letdown!
