Pretzels were quick, very warm, tasted great, and were cooked quite well. They were a little gooey on the inside and flaky on the outside. The manager was also very nice. I told her I was vegetarian and she made sure to accommodate that and get rid of cross-contamination. They also make it in front of you which is cool.

First of all, my family and I were here doing Christmas shopping and wanted a quick snack. The warming display has barely anything in it (red flag number 1, but we were hungry) Second, the service was AWFUL. We waited for over 20 minutes for a pretzel that they said would only take 5 minutes, other customers who placed orders after us got theirs before we did. Third, one of the girls making the pretzels did not wear gloves and licked her hands and fingers before going back to making pretzels! She did not wash her hands at all! At this point we just wanted a refund, it is unsanitary and service was awful! At first they didn’t want to give us a refund because their receipt machine didn’t work and print ours out but eventually we did get one and LO AND BEHOLD, it wasn’t even the correct amount! We paid over $30 for food we didn’t get and only got $15 back. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

We have never been to this mall or a good place like this and Tim and Vi, the employees there were amazing. They were so nice and cool and went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we had fresh amazing food and drinks.
