Pretzels were quick, very warm, tasted great, and were cooked quite well. They were a little gooey on the inside and flaky on the outside. The manager was also very nice. I told her I was vegetarian and she made sure to accommodate that and get rid of cross-contamination. They also make it in front of you which is cool.

We have never been to this mall or a good place like this and Tim and Vi, the employees there were amazing. They were so nice and cool and went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we had fresh amazing food and drinks.

First of all Tim is a shining star! He literally helped my son and I pick out a lemonade and food item (pretzel) with patience and grace. We are EXHAUSTED from traveling and he genuinely was a ray of sunshine! The pretzel hit the spot as well as the kiwi strawberry lemonade. The pretzel barely made it to the picture lol. So good! Did I mention that Tim literally up-sold us exactly what we didn't know we needed. What an amazing experience. The world needs more Tim's!
