“They specialize in infused whisky and have many flavors. I suggest getting a flight that allows you to sample all of the flavors. The pecan infused whisky was my favorite and inspired me to try infusing my own whisky in the future.

They also make a variety of nice cocktails for those folks who don't want to drink only whisky.

I wish I had time to try one of their classes.“

“Cocktails are always on point. Crafted to the tee with such creative options as well as very tasty classics. I would recommend reservations, especially on the weekend, because it is a small spot. It's East Nashville so you know parking is silly, but there's paid lots around the building for like $7/2hrs.“

“My waitress was very sweet and was definitely hustling. I would suggest better displaying what comes with your breakfast entrees, as it wasnt in the app. I ordered a omelet and assumed it would come with toast. Instead it came with homefries, and I had to pay and extra $3.50 for toast. Had I know, I would have asked the to switch them out. That being said, the toast was phenomenal, which is not something I normal focus on. They grilled it and the flavor was amazing.“

“I have eaten here before at a previous conference but have to say If you are Gluten Free they are amazing here. The Chef will come out and talk to you to take your order to meet your dietary restrictions. They have a GF bun and I had their burger and it was Great! Thei fried pickles and sauce is also GF which was an unexpected surprise and they were also amazing. The have GF brownies and Cho’s chip cookies that I took back to my room for later and they are also amazing!! The do have a dedicated fryer also for gf. I recommend them highly for some great tasting gf products and the care the chef takes to come take your order and offer preparation options!“

“Very unique experience. Service at the bar and the room cleaning was very good and updating is done every day, which is unusual nowadays everything was clean and nice. The bar in the lobby was fine. We enjoyed sitting there like at the end of the day and the fifth floor restaurant and bar was also good. The food we had there was very good. You can sit outside, but it was so hot when we were there we chose not to. It's a very unique place. It's not like anything You probably have seen before so if you're not into a unique experience, go find an old Holiday Inn.“
