White Bison Coffee in The Nations is clean, cozy, and welcoming with a great vibe. It is a great place to meet coworkers for a mid-morning coffee or to take a quiet break.

The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are always excellent, and the upstairs and patio seating provide plenty of space to relax or get some work done. The staff are friendly and inviting, and the parking lot is clean with plenty of spaces. A wonderful spot in West Nashville.

Employees have terrible customer service skills. I was ignored at the counter. When my order finally got taken, the sandwich wasn’t called out - just left on the counter to get cold without letting me know it was ready. No name on the order, no way to tell if it was for me or someone else. Why take my name at the counter if you’re not going to use it?

Stopped by White Bison Coffee and really liked the vibe. It’s cozy, clean, and welcoming. I tried a frappe and an English muffin. The muffin was the star of the visit, soft, warm, and full of flavor. The frappe was just okay for me, nothing bad, just not amazing. It’s also a nice place for working since it’s quiet and comfortable.

Quiet and cute place to have a tasty drink and relax.

This White Bison is always a great stop at any time of the day! I've been coming here for almost two years now and all of the employees are super kind. I've recently started to enjoy matcha (more specifically strawberry matcha), and these baristas craft such perfectly tasting ones with strawberry puree for me. Shoutout to Latoya today for my drink!

Highly recommend 🤌 Incredible work environment, especially on weekends when surrounding shops are crowded with tourists.
I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops, but the service here truly stands out—especially today thanks to Brooke, the incredible barista who made my day. By just my second visit, she had already memorized my (very complicated!) order and had it started with a smile before I even finished saying hello. Talk about top-notch service! 🙌 it was such a great drink ☕️

The pastries are divine— the perfect companion to a shaken expresso for the patio ☀️ On top of that, it’s such a welcoming space to work in: clean, peaceful, and perfectly caffeinated.

Best matcha in Nashville imo. Matcha is strong, atmosphere is great, prices are super reasonable, nice spacious parking lot, and the staff (especially Latoya) are so friendly! My favorite spot to do some remote work.

Good coffee! They make a really good Mocha! There is a sizable assortment of snacks, protein bars, and other more substantial things to eat if you're hungry. I like the Club Croissant. Service is good and fast. Their regular coffee is also excellent!

I typically try to go to local coffee shops, but White Bison is one of the best in this neighborhood (looking at you, Frothy Monkey...). The baristas are nice and welcoming, food is decent for heat-and-eat type fare, and the space is inviting. In fact, the pesto sandwich is basically identical to what you will get at Ramblin' Joe's down the street, but White Bison while make you a half-decaf latte, which Joe's wouldn't do for me. They also sell alcohol, which is nice when switching from coffee to something else later in the day. Just wish they hadn't made the downstairs feel more like a convenience store.
