I had a strawberry frappe. It was very good and blended smoothly. It wasnt watered down or have ice chunks like some places. It was delicious! The staff was very nice and I like that they're open 24 hours. I got a Chocolate Chip Christie cookie that was horrible though! Not sure if it was old but the texture didn't say cookie. So try the bakery items at your own risk.

Great coffee, great concept, and great name. Grab n Go when ordering at the kiosk, so you can gas up, put your BodyArmor on, and head out the door with your caffeine kick for the day.

I waited 10 minutes and nobody came to attend me the service by the staff is terrible only one person who was in the checkout box answered me that they were attending me at a moment but the rest of the staff was talking without giving a good service and they were looking at me nor do they care that I was waiting for the service it seems to me that this staff is something racist and discriminatory perhaps because I am Latino

Co-located in the gas station across the street from Starbucks. I typically avoid Starbucks at all costs. I’ll go to Starbucks next time. Stools were turned up on counters, so seating limited. Bought a drip coffee, but coffee urn was empty, so had to wait for fresh brew. Even fresh-brewed was very meh. I don’t think these folks are going to survive.

Was able to stop in early morning, passing through headed to Florida. Was greeted by the most friendly staff member. Ordered the iced Cinnabon and a hot white moca. Both were delicious.

I waited 10 minutes to place an order to be told you have to use a self a check screen. Then you have an employee coughing on theirs hands and not washing them. Hardly anyone likes self check as two elderly people didn’t even know how to use it and your employee refused to help them, as she was to busy on her phone and coughing in her hands.Garbage customer service leads to a garbage business. I went to White Bison Coffee in 1101 Long Hollow Pike, Gallatin, and entered the drive thru, nobody was there, then I went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that I was in the window waiting to make my order.
She refused to serve me a coffee.
When I asked for coffee, she pointed to another coffee station and said, " There is coffee too." Referring to the regular gas station self served coffees. She had no name Tag, so I couldn't identify her name. But she she had blond hair and a leg casket.
Terrible service. The coffee ia good, the team members need training.
