SO fun!! We went early before the rush and were immediately greeted and sat, it was so chill and cheap and (not surprisingly) GOOD! Fresh White Castle hits different. I'll make this a tradition for sure.

The food was exactly as expected. The service was horrible. Numerous employees standing around, took almost 5 minutes (in an empty store) before anyone came to the counter to take our order. Happened to ask for the bathroom code from the assistant manager. I said the code on the receipt was wrong. They argued with me that the code wasn't on the receipt (it is literally printed at the bottom), she changed her explanation to " we don't put the right code on the receipt"....

This was a mobile order. Something was going on with their drive-through. They had cones blocking off the window. We got our order. No napkins, no condiments, which we asked for in our order notes. The young lady at the window was friendly, and our food was fresh, but not getting the basics to enjoy our meal was a bit disappointing. Decent but not the best.
