We went to this boba shop just an hour ago because we were craving boba. When we first went inside, they immediately told us that they weren’t accepting card at the moment but that wasn’t a major problem as we had some cash. After we received our boba, we realized it wasn’t made properly. The boba looked watered down and tasted that way as well. After drinking their boba, my grandma had a huge stomach ache and felt nausea’s immediately after. I would think 2x before going into this store.

The staff is extremely friendly. My girlfriend and I come to this location often. All the staff remember and ring up our order as we walk to the counter. Top tier service. The drink and toppings are the best in town. I have been to almost every boba location in the greater Nashville area and nowhere else comes close to win bubble.

I've tried WIN Bubble Tea at their Bellevue location and the creamer they used was dairy free as advertised. At this Plaza Mariachi location they told me it would also be dairy free but I had an allergic reaction in my throat so I know they used dairy. Maybe they ran out of the normal creamer and used something else without following the right protocol, not sure, or maybe somehow there was cross contamination. The first time I came here I didn't even try it because this location was out of boba. My girlfriend who does not have a dairy allergy seemed to like the drink.

I just moved here from Houston and I have been looking for an authentic Boba place since coming into town ! THIS IS THE PLACE! The boba are supposed to be chewy and slightly sweet! They are amazing and staff was SO FRIENDLY!We recommended the brown sugar milk tea and the VIETNAMESE ICED COFFEE!
