We just left your store in Nashville on White Bridge Pike and had the worst experience with your employee. We have never been to a SIP bubble tea before and we ordered 2 milk TEAS with boba and were given to cups with milk only and boba, NO TEA?? We were told we had to order the tea before hand but were never explained that to begin with. We have ordered these same two drinks at several other jobs tea establishments and have never had to ask to add the tea. The employee continued to argue with us about what we ordered. We asked her if she could please remake them with tea and she stated, she could not do that, her boss doesn't like her to remake them! She did agree to remake the brown sugar with tea and when we asked about the coconut milk tea she gave us attitude and said the coconut tea was made with coconut milk? She then walked to the back of the store and waited for us to leave. This was the worst experience and certainly not putting the customer first. We will not be back to your store and will make sure we write reviews of how we were treated and this awful experience so others don't have to experience what we did.

I come here less for the boba and more to support Sarah as her business is great and she is such a friendly person, and the convenient location next to community college always has me coming back. The boba itself is spectacular, and I am very glad that I can support Sarah's business by buying these tasty drinks.

This place is really great and unique. The decorations are awesome and the owner is super kind and welcoming. We decided to try the double nutella croffle and the oreo croffle and they did not disappoint. They were made fresh and had a nice crunch. Also got a thai tea and jasmine tea but they were so good we didn't take a photo. Would recommend to anyone wanting good boba and a great atmosphere!
