WIN Bubble Tea Bellevue

My husband and I have had a lot of boba tea and this place had the most watered down taro boba tea. We asked them to simply add more powder and the guy said no, I’ll make you a new one and you can pay for it. So refuses to try to make it better and only offered that I could buy another one. Very rude and mean. They don’t care if you enjoy their product.

It’s the only boba tea 🧋 location that I know of in Bellevue that sells mainly boba tea and no food. They do have parking that’s readily available. Those two things have made me go there a few times when I’m in that area.

However, it’s mid at best. We have somehow never synced up on the sweetness ratio :D when I asked for 75% sweetness, it was too sweet and when I asked for 50% it wasn’t sweet enough. But i can understand that everyone’s “sweet” is subjective and it can be hard to achieve that — so I can overlook that aspect. I always get Thai tea and that’s not amazingly good. It’s mid. There isn’t a strong flavor of the tea. The boba texture isn’t bad. They got that right. There’re places, where Thai tea is great but boba is either hard or has no sweetness. They got their boba texture right, I hope they improve the Thai tea recipe, so i wouldn’t mind driving all the way to Bellevue just for the boba tea from downtown.

Staff is friendly. They do have rewards program, you can easily sign up using your phone number.

We always stop here on Saturdays after running errands - never had a bad experience! The place is always clean, the staff are always helpful, and the drinks are a tasty afternoon treat

Always have good service and they always give my daughter a little cup of the jellies since she doesnt like tge drinks bing 6yr olds and all lol

Have been coming to this location since the opening and have gotten a pineapple and coconut Slushi with strawberry pop everytime. Previous employees have known what I wanted when I walk in they have called in Pina colada.....I went in today and young lady there (never seen her before) said we don't mix the two together...never have and can't do it. She kept telling me I had never gotten one at that location. She was very adamant that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I had never gotten such before. I turned and walked out. I know what I have gotten for over a year.

Fantastic workers, but maybe try a different place! Yin Yang bubble tea is my suggestion if you want to try the stuff!

Win boba has THE BEST boba around!! All their tea is FRESHLY made & is the only place I’ve found in this state that does Jasmine fresh tea & milk tea!! Most boba shops around here use powdered teas… not my thing. If you love REAL tea & boba, this is the place to go!!! They also have the option to use honey instead of their cane sugar! I legit stalk up on an extra tea to have the next day cuz I don’t live in Nashville anymore… please expand to Cookeville!! <3 Get the Jasmine fresh tea!! You won’t regret it!

Mario is great! Makes sure you were satisfied before you left the store. Best service ever!

The tea is good, but the one I ordered didn’t taste that good.
