Have been coming to this location since the opening and have gotten a pineapple and coconut Slushi with strawberry pop everytime. Previous employees have known what I wanted when I walk in they have called in Pina colada.....I went in today and young lady there (never seen her before) said we don't mix the two together...never have and can't do it. She kept telling me I had never gotten one at that location. She was very adamant that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I had never gotten such before. I turned and walked out. I know what I have gotten for over a year.

Fantastic workers, but maybe try a different place! Yin Yang bubble tea is my suggestion if you want to try the stuff!

Win boba has THE BEST boba around!! All their tea is FRESHLY made & is the only place I’ve found in this state that does Jasmine fresh tea & milk tea!! Most boba shops around here use powdered teas… not my thing. If you love REAL tea & boba, this is the place to go!!! They also have the option to use honey instead of their cane sugar! I legit stalk up on an extra tea to have the next day cuz I don’t live in Nashville anymore… please expand to Cookeville!! <3 Get the Jasmine fresh tea!! You won’t regret it!

The tea is good, but the one I ordered didn’t taste that good.

Visited this place on the afternoon of Feb 8th. The two younger people young white guy and young African American lady. They act like they don't want to work sitting around and playing. Then act like they hate yo get up and do their JOB. Then the young African American lady has an attitude so we left. Sad way to run a business. Won't be back

First time having bubble tea. Staff were friendly and explained the menu to me. I'd definitely go back and try the other flavors.

Terrible management, some guy named Danny was a jacka$$, the management is god awful here as well as the owners, I wouldn’t spend money at this place, the other workers are amazing, unfortunately they are the only reason I’d ever go. I feel bad for the workers.
