I ordered on Uber Eats. Absolutely horrible! $13.00. Plus tax and they didn’t include my fries or hush puppies. I called and the lady said she didn’t know fries was included in the fish plate. It clearly says fish plate, not sandwich. Just ridiculous! 3 skinny pieces of fish for that price, like they were cut in 1/2. Fish is cheap, how can you rip me off on fish?! They gave my 1 little tarter sauce pack and have the nerve to charge 1.38 for 2 packs. They are so cheap! Hell they didn’t even include the pickles. They’re the size of ketchup packs. So disappointed in the order and the taste. She told me she was gone put my name down to get a new plate. I said, thank you and proceeded to give my information and she hung up. I called back and she answered the phone Yes Ma’am? I said I was giving you my info and you hung up on me. She said I have it. No sympathy for hanging up. They mess up my order and I’m the wrong one. SMH! I wish I could take a pic but option not here. I’ll try to post from a follow up review. I still didn’t have the option to upload a pic.

I have been eating wingbasket since they had a location on Ellison Place in Nashville so that’s a long time. They closed that location and I would drive all the way to Antioch to pick up wings even after I moved all the way to Murfreesboro. I would say I am or was a loyal customer(always ordered over $30 each time). They changed the TnT sauce back then it use to be so spicy and have this favor to it I loved it and now it’s not even spicy. Yesterday was the last straw. I order 20 piece wings I asked for crispy wings half tnt and half lemon pepper I should have checked it before I left the chicken looked uncooked and it was cold and rubbery I was so disappointed since I was driving so far to come get it. And to get charged $5.03 for 3 ranches is crazy to me. Anyways I won’t be back after 20 years of giving them my business. I hate to see how the restaurant has declined over the years.

My feelings so hurt. I love this place but lately the service has been slacking. Today I was on hold for over 20 min. I drove up there, only to see the place empty. I stood there for a bit and just left. My husband said we were greeted but I didn’t hear a greeting. Someone else with an apron came in and stood behind the counter appearing to work but he did not ask how May I help you. I did not want to appear to be “that customer” so I wanted patiently for as long as I could. I would have had more patience had I not been on hold for that long. I was still on hold after I walked out so I just went ahead and hung up. I understand they are busy but id rather they just not answer the phone than treat customers that eat there at least 3 to 4 times a week that way. I’ll only come back when the lady is there. Mind you, it was only one guy back there working. We get it. Maybe he forgot but it was just frustrating being on hold, driving up there knowing I’m on hold then not getting the service I deserve. Plus the food has been off lately.Update: just received excellent service around noon

Food wasn't too bad but if you like really HOT wings like myself they aren't near hot enough which I think their hottest is called TNT but they are nonthing compared to Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings they are more like a mild wing...Nice Service though!
The wings here in my opinion are better than wing stop. and the fries are delicious. Staff is always friendly and helpful
