The African lady they have as a manager is horrible and incredibly rude. I ordered here last night 1/28/25. I got 2 15 piece boneless since it's 70 cents on Mondays and Tuesdays. I was ordering on the app (because this location is notorious for not taking orders inside) remembered I was paying with cash and went in to see how I could pay with cash. The young lady they had as the cashier is probably one of the nicest employees I've interacted with at this location. (I've worked at this location as a part time morning prep years back.) I order my 2 15 pieces and a large fry. The total is almost $10 more than it was on the app. The cashier asks the manager about this and she kind of blows her off, so I show her my phone since I still had the order up and told her it shouldn't be a difference. She barely glances at the phone and tells me the prices on the app vs in store aren't the same. Lie. So I pay, look at my receipt, low and behold, I was charged for 1 boneless and 1 classic meal. I go to get my refund. The cashier acknowledges the mistake and apologizes. No harm no foul. She calls the manager up. The manager doesn't know how to process a refund. It takes her the better part of 20 minutes and a call to the store manager I'm assuming. Does she acknowledge the issue, apologize, anything? Nope. She goes and repremends the cashier. She made a mistake. Fine. But don't act like you also didn't make a mistake. And that's what I told her. I said the cashier was nothing but kind, but you? Incredibly rude. I showed you on my phone and had you taken a moment to actually look at the screen, recognize there was a problem, and be a manager instead of using some bs cop out excuse, we wouldn't have sat here for 15, 20 minutes with you trying to issue a refund and you don't even know how to do that. She begins to talk and yell over me about how it essentially wasn't her fault. My food came out wrong and had to be corrected. Did she acknowledge or apologize for yet again not being able to do her job? (she made the order) Nope. She shoved it in my hand and went back to the kitchen. I let her know she's a piss poor manager as I walked out. No accountability at all. She isn't equipped for the position she holds, but who really is now a days. Horrible experience. But I will definitely be back because we like wingstop and it's close to the house. I will definitely be checking my order however. 30 pieces of chicken and a large fry. Were my 2 ranches that comes with it in the bag?? Of course they weren't. Was I going back in there once I noticed? Nope. So I'll be expecting my 2 ranches at no charge the next time I come in. I'm sure yal will remember me.

Unorganized, unprofessional.

The poor teenager working the register was more intune with what was coming out of her airpods than knowing if I give you $20. 12 and my order is $20.07, I just want a nickel back. The other black guy who came up to take help take orders was more interested in the Hispanic girl's butt than asking the crowd of people if they needed help.

My church member is the manager of this particular wingstop. She is a Christian woman but the atmosphere tonight did not represent her in that regard. The employees were arguing and literally about to come to blows. This was extremely difficult to watch. There were customers present all the while this fight was in progress. I pray 🙏 that this is resolved in a timely manner.

I went here last Saturday and it was very busy. The team working 7pm killed it. Food was amazing, everyone worked super well with communicating with the customers, and they were even cleaning up the place while getting everything out to everyone. I've worked as a cook prior and I know how hard it gets. What ever crew worked on 11/16/24 needs a damn raise. Food was a 10. Made my night, thank you Wingstop!

Filled out a positive Survery too and I dropped the location in it. I hope the crew gets recognition, because they deserve it.

The managers need to retrain their employees to give more than the minimum effort to maintain this place. The floor felt very slippery like it was cleaned with an oily mop. The bathroom toilet is missing the lid off the tank. I am currently waiting 25 minutes and counting to receive my food for dine-in. Meanwhile all the delivery orders are going out the door, so it seems they can't balance orders properly. The Coke was lacking syrup and looked very clear with just a little syrup mixed in. The fries were greasy (old oil). I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

This place gave me severe food poisoning that left me in the hospital for two weeks. When I went to confront the manager, he told me that I was better off “trying to fit a pineapple (in a place where the sun doesn’t shine)”

They do not care about customers. If you spend your money here, you’re an absolute fool. Everyone who works for this company at corporate deserves to be fired and it deserves to go under. The worst Wings you could ever get. The worst food you could ever get. -10/10
