i ordered from this location off of uber eats. the bag came completely sealed, everything was warm, and it looked good. however, i was eating my fries and watching tv so i wasn't looking. i was almost finished eating my fries and i took a bite of one and it was partially crunchy and tasted disgusting. i looked down to inspect the rest of my fries and realized there was a DEEP FRIED ROACH in my fries and i'm pretty sure i ate part of it. absolutely disgusting. that flavor is permanently burned into my brain. this place needs a health inspection asap cuz that is actually vile. 😐

I use to come here very often, I stopped about 2/3 months ago in July 2025 due to the bad service and many mistakes in my orders. I always buy group packs because of my family. Today 09/25/25 I decided to come back to this location. I was greeted with the best hospitality, the atmosphere was amazing, and my order was perfect. I want to take a moment to highlight General Manager Jonathan at this Wingstop location (4122 Nolensville Pike). After experiencing some unprofessionalism with an assistant manager ( Ashley Rodriguez at 2290 Lebanon Pike), I spoke with Jonathan, and the difference in professionalism was night and day.
From just our phone conversation, his character, morals, and integrity came through clearly. He listened carefully, took his time in assisting, handled the situation with professionalism, and made me feel heard and respected. That kind of leadership deserves recognition — honestly, he deserves a raise or even an award for how he carries himself as a general manager.
Because of Jonathan’s character alone, this location reflects a high standard of customer service and trustworthiness. If you’re looking for great food paired with a manager who truly values customers and team accountability, this Wingstop is an excellent choice.
