They do not know how to treat the customers and they can't get the orders correct. I had chicken so hard it made my mouth hurt and I couldn't eat 5 out of the 20 wings that I orders. I order 3 32oz ranch cups and they couldn't even get that right. I had to come in and pay for the same order twice, because the staff messed up my order...this place is a embarrassment to be labeled under the Wingstop name. The corporate office should send mystery shoppers here for sure

The Voodoo fries were kind of sad looking. I am glad I picked a cheese cup as one of my dips. 2/3 of the fries (large, at that) were dry, unseasoned, and unloved. BTW - so dry that I used my blue cheese dip to compensate for lack of ranch on top of the cheese. You might want to consider the choice between ranch and blue cheese on these. The BC was AWESOME!

i ordered from this location off of uber eats. the bag came completely sealed, everything was warm, and it looked good. however, i was eating my fries and watching tv so i wasn't looking. i was almost finished eating my fries and i took a bite of one and it was partially crunchy and tasted disgusting. i looked down to inspect the rest of my fries and realized there was a DEEP FRIED ROACH in my fries and i'm pretty sure i ate part of it. absolutely disgusting. that flavor is permanently burned into my brain. this place needs a health inspection asap cuz that is actually vile. 😐

I use to come here very often, I stopped about 2/3 months ago in July 2025 due to the bad service and many mistakes in my orders. I always buy group packs because of my family. Today 09/25/25 I decided to come back to this location. I was greeted with the best hospitality, the atmosphere was amazing, and my order was perfect. Shy has great customer service, her aura is very warm and welcoming. I will be back soon.

On Google this location has reviews but my experience on a busy Sunday was good. I placed my order online. When I arrived the line was long, plenty of people waiting for their orders but the line went fast. My food was fresh, hot and wings were cooked perfect.
