Worst Wingstop ever … ordered a 8 pc I get the food one wing has a whole leg on it then another wing has a whole beak on it also the rest of the wings was uncooked and pink. The fries also were undercooked and not even cut right why are they cut like I ordered Red Robin. I can’t believe they really served me this food because you had to look at it before you even bagged it.. I will be looking into suing this restaurant because they sold me uncooked wings and this could possibly make me sick. I don’t understand why this location can’t ever just get it right never AGAIN.

My husband and I got the all in bundle of 16 wings and 6 tenders with fries and a order of Cajun fried corn....we got the wings half lemon pepper and half garlic parmesan and the tenders mild and it was all really good and flavorful.... the young woman that took my order was very nice.

Poor quality on take out, all wings with different sauces alll thrown carelessly into the same box. Fries old and soggy. Wings soggy and nothing taste fresh and crispy. Waste of $20.

Last night 8/1 my fiancé ordered me and my daughter food @7:01 pm and 8:15 the manager had the nerve to tell me where working on the order still . I’ve worked in food service 10+ years they should’ve been able to make me food 4 times , it consisted of four items from the menu . So I explain that I’ve been waiting for almost an hour and 20 mins and since it’s taken so long can you give me a refund and food . He proceeds to say “oh there goes ur order” and hands me a random persons order. My fiancé initially went to place the order and the manager didn’t have the order the first time and so we had to place another order which wasn’t made either :/, the food he randomly gave me was not our order . Now who ever food that was they got in to the same situation as me .This location is piss poor. I’ve seen a trend I’ve been handed someone else’s food at this location previous time , it seems like the manager on duty last night frequently gives random orders to customers who’s order they have messed up on. I don’t know who came up with that solution but it’s the worst idea what idiot would give away others people money and not think they’d be liable one day. Also we were not able to get refund

I placed an order on the app but when I showed up to pick it up, they said it didn’t come through on their computer. I show the guy at the register the receipt on my phone and that it was paid for already, and he said that maybe someone picked it up already. How did someone pick it up if it didn’t come through? He was kinda rude about it as well. I’ve sent multiple emails over the course of a month and a half to customer service but still no response back. So yea, they robbed me. I guess nobody should ever use the app nor order online because they will just scam you that way.
