Quoted 13 minuts and it took 30 for 2 sandwiches..both my buns were burnt.tea machine broke..last time o visited my food also took 30 mi s amd thwre was also a broken tea machine.2 employees on their phones the whole time.nobody showed a sence of urgency to push orders out quicker.a young child was running around. in the lobby with no shoes on-nothing was said to the parents. Do urselves a favor and avoid this place

When I came here, they have a new remodel so it looks a lot beautiful on the inside. I love the people in here. They really nice when I come in of course there’s other customers that give the staff a hard time. Sometimes it’s because of miscommunication to an order, which is understandable Sometimes when we come in though the place never has AC.

My daughter made an order through door dash, and my other daughter went back because they forgot her ranch.. and one of the employees told My daughter she had to call door dash, instead of just giving her the ranch she charged her $1.50 , that was so petty of that employee.. We will NEVER order anything from there this is considered the worst location it is..

Wing stop use to be the best wing place in town now they have workers in there don’t give a dam about what they sending out the door . The workers eating hot fresh chicken wings at the front counter and the customers get whatever. My order was complete @2:03 and I got in the store @2:05 no later then 2:06 my fries cold and my wings was lukewarm I hope they get that wind stop together or shut it down. The store needed to be wiped down the counter was sticky. Get it together!!!!!!!

I came from Chicago. I’m traveling to Florida for vacation. I ordered a hotel room nearby. The Wing stop for tonight I decided to order and my food had got here cold. The hot wings hardly had any flavor taste and everything was basically burnt and one more thing is that the plot pop so I had any acid in it so I’m giving this review one star due to the terrible service if we could if a manager could speak with employees for the night shift and get it fixed. I appreciate it very much.
Wing Stop in Madison is a joke, the so called manager is a joke. 4/8/25 @ about 5:45 I placed my order. I waited 20 mins, went back in, and picked up my order. I looked through the bag, had 3 boxes, and had a small tray of carrots and celery. I ordered a 30 piece classic wings 1) original hot 1) lemon pepper & another garlic parm. I had all my wings also ordered their corn instead of fries. 1) The box had my original hot wings. One box had a 20-piece wing, and one box had the corn. The box with 20 wings had 10 lemon pepper and another 10 that were supposed to be garlic parm. But no garlic parm was on them. Now I know the garlic parm is a wet sauce. These wings were dry as hell. I called the wing stop to speak to the supposed manager, and she gets an attitude over the phone. I proceeded to tell her I didn't get the garlic parm. She asked if I wanted them remade or my $$ back. Of course I say I want my money back. She never once over the phone says bring the food back. Most places make it clear to bring the food back. My dude and I go to the store thinking she's just gonna refund me my $$. Now, just know I've driven 20 mins back to get my refund for her to tell me I needed to bring the food back. Again, remember she never clarified that over the phone. I said no, I'm not going back to get the food cause she should have said that before we hung up. Now, mind you, that was 20 mins. There would have been 20 mins back and then back to my spot another 20 mins. Hell naw, I'm not doing that for something she should have said in the first place. She's very unprofessional and started putting her hand in my face, saying girl bye girl bye. If I wasn't more mature than her, I would have probably pulled her out by her damn hand. I'm not trying to catch charges over someone who knows she was wrong. I'm not gonna lie it pissed me off. Yes, I cussed at her, but she truly deserved it. She wasn't about to pay for my gas back and forth. I want my $$ back. I'm sure this won't make a difference, but I will not return to this wing stop again. New management is needed for the night shift. I spent too much $$ for the disrespect and not the right food. Smdh, I will be calling in the morning to speak to someone above her. If this was a year ago, I would have brought them back and thrown them in her damn face, js 💋🌹
