The experience was bogus. The wait was long which isn’t the problem….But is a problem when you are sitting and they don’t even let you know when your food is ready but yet, calling everyone else name. When I go BACK to the counter to check on my order whole time it WAS READY. And let’s not forget the ATTITUDE.

Quoted 13 minuts and it took 30 for 2 sandwiches..both my buns were burnt.tea machine broke..last time o visited my food also took 30 mi s amd thwre was also a broken tea machine.2 employees on their phones the whole time.nobody showed a sence of urgency to push orders out quicker.a young child was running around. in the lobby with no shoes on-nothing was said to the parents. Do urselves a favor and avoid this place
When I came here, they have a new remodel so it looks a lot beautiful on the inside. I love the people in here. They really nice when I come in of course there’s other customers that give the staff a hard time. Sometimes it’s because of miscommunication to an order, which is understandable Sometimes when we come in though the place never has AC.

My daughter made an order through door dash, and my other daughter went back because they forgot her ranch.. and one of the employees told My daughter she had to call door dash, instead of just giving her the ranch she charged her $1.50 , that was so petty of that employee.. We will NEVER order anything from there this is considered the worst location it is..

Wing stop use to be the best wing place in town now they have workers in there don’t give a dam about what they sending out the door . The workers eating hot fresh chicken wings at the front counter and the customers get whatever. My order was complete @2:03 and I got in the store @2:05 no later then 2:06 my fries cold and my wings was lukewarm I hope they get that wind stop together or shut it down. The store needed to be wiped down the counter was sticky. Get it together!!!!!!!
