I tried ordering through the app, kept having issues. Tried ordering online. Kept having issues. Used the app again without logging in and my order finally went through at 6:55pm. I have yet to get the food order and it has yet to be picked up here at 8:30pm. This store is 5 minutes from my apartment.

Avoid this location. They are very slow. Most of the employees are just standing around acting like fools and not working. One employee wore his pants around his knees and kept using his hands to pull them up.

These wings are sprinkle with salt flavor..why you feel that you need to sicken working people of antioch your wings are to sprinkle salted with flavor wings.. I don't believe you will serve these wings like this if you was in a different neighborhood ...stop being lazy

I do not know who's cooking the wings today, Sat, Aug 9, just after 5 pm, but whoever it is needs to cook them all the time! They are the best wings I've had at any Wing Stop in any state! Tender, hot, seasoned just right, no extensive wait time, and polite staff to top it off.

Ordered online and was told my order would be ready in 21 minutes so headed to the store and was told my food wasn’t ready yet. All good, then customers were coming in and ordering at the register and getting their food right away. Asked what the deal was and they explain pain to me since i ordered through the app they don’t actually start working on the order until the person arrives at the store and walk ins get priority…30 minutes later i finally receive my food. What a terrible business plan that renders the app or ordering ahead useless.

The food is always delicious and served hot! Of course there is the wingstop wait time that you would have to deal with. There are always orders coming in, and that can make ordering at the front a pain. However, order online, drive 15 or so minutes and your food is always ready!!

I've used this location atleast 10 times in the past 2 years before writing a review .. they absolutely can improve in some places including customer service & time management. As far as my orders though, they never missed a beat 🤷♀️ I've always been pleased with the food i received.

I have never written a review before, but felt i had to. Ordered my food in-store at 4:30pm, did not get my food until 5:40pm. Sat and waited an hour and ten minutes, only for the order to be messed up. The entire hour plus I was in the store, the employees were chatting away, while the manager was on his computer in the lobby paying no attention whatsoever.
