I went to Wingstop and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The wings were perfectly prepared, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way they should be. They arrived on time and piping hot, ready to enjoy without having to wait too long.
The staff was very friendly and attentive, always with a good attitude and making sure everything went well. You can tell when service is given with genuine effort, and here they definitely do it that way.
And I have to highlight the Spicy Korean Q flavor — a true gem. It has just the right amount of spiciness, mixed with a sweet and smoky flavor that leaves you wanting more. It feels like a perfect balance between Korean and classic American, definitely one of my favorites on the menu!
Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience, both for the food and the service. I will definitely come back for more wings, especially the Spicy Korean Q 🔥🍗

This is one of the few restaurants where I’ve felt truly welcome from the moment I walked in; honestly, the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff members are very friendly and attentive; they recommended the Garlic Parmesan flavor to me—and let me tell you, Garlic Parmesan is truly an excellent choice. It is tasty and versatile—ideal for those who prefer rich flavors without the heat. Its crispy texture and balanced blend of garlic, Parmesan, and herbs make it a classic option that rarely disappoints when prepared correctly.

I ordered food for delivery and they forgot part of my order and got the other part wrong. I called 3 times to see if I could get a replacement or refund and they kept on answering and saying they would look at the order and then hanging up. Their service was quite rude.

What's the point of showing up early for an order and telling an employee you've arrived, just for them to let your order sit and rot on the counter for half an hour. Somehow I show up early and still leave with COLD food. What a joke.

Terrible experience at Wingstop. I placed an order and when I got it and realized they forgot part of it. I called the store and instead of apologizing, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Having to drive all the way back just to get what I already paid for was frustrating, and by the time I finally had everything, the rest of my food was cold.
This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order either forgetting sauces, fries, even wings before. For the money they charge, the least they could do is double check the bag. I won’t be coming back...

Single-handedly the worst wingstop in the country. I am an avid review writer especially with the negative reviews as I prefer to reward good service with good tips. This wingstop is understaffed and unfortunately very poorly managed and has been since I moved here four years ago. Tonight I had an event I had to be at at six. I waited fifteen minutes alone from 5:30 - 5:45 for the cashier to take one order and then an additional three minutes to collect payment. I’ve never seen anyone walk out of this wingstop in less than twenty minutes. Crazy
