Another Wingstop that doesn't make drinks which are part of an Uber eats order. I don't work here and do not collect an hourly pay rate. If I did I would make drinks and food to assemble the delivery order.

TO THE ONE READING THIS,this is the ONLY COMMENT YOU’D NEED TO MAKE A DECISION ON WHETHER TO DINE HERE OR NOT !!!TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!!!! to deal with paying customers. I ordered on 04/01 tru door dash. Which you can probably see with my name in your order history as well. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo. And I kid you not. The sandwich I got had no pickles at all. It was simple bread with a chicken piece slapped on it. I was extremely hungry when I ordered the food and couldn’t wait for my dinner to arrive. I chose wingstop this time since it’s closer to where I live. Oh boy and was it a disappointment . I still sucked it up and tried to eat it since I had no other option. Just 2 bites in I found a blonde hair in it. Mind you, I have dark brown hair. That’s disgusting. The fries are burnt and the chicken sandwich is something you wouldn’t give to someone for free. To my curiosity I called the wingstop place. If any owner/manager is reading it please check your cameras/schedule to see who was working on 04/01 at around 10 pm. That man has not sense at all and blatantly lies on your face. He’ll say one thing first and the other thing next. Doesn’t get plain simple English and tries to smoothen his way by talking rubbish. When I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor he said I don’t know and I repeated my self to which he said there’s no one . It took him 5 minutes on call to tell me that they’ll be back . Both contradicting statements.EITHER TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER OR KEEP LOSING CUSTOMERS!

Had lunch there for the very first time . Placed a to go order, wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be ready cool. My co worker also placed an to order, got her drink cup first . She gets her drink and look at me . First red flag! There was floating objects and a bug from the fountain machine . 🤮🤮🤮. That’s a sign that they don’t clean or sanitize the drink dispenser or nozzles. That’s a major turn off, and won’t be back . She told the cashier what had happened, and he act like it was normal. Second red flag, he did nothing to rectify the situation. Wingstop on Elliston Place in Nashville, Tn…., DO BETTER!!!!

There was a bald man with glasses looking at the cash register inside and his behavior was really rude. I don't know how right it is to put someone like that at the cash register.👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very nice to go for wings, the workers are really kind and giving attention really comfortable... The big problem it's about to park, there's no parking lot closer and always full the lane to park.

My friend works here he got harassed by the manager while hr service wasn’t doing there part by hearing this man voice he was being touched worst wingstop place to work and eat at!!

I ordered wing stop on door dash, and a few hours later, I now have food poisoning, and I'm sick as a dog, I'm here in Nashville for my 3 month old daughters heart surgery, and I can't spend any time with her with out rushing to the bathroom, I got the classic wings and Cajin corn on the cob, and I'm sicker than a dog. I shouldn't be having to deal with this because of what ever happened with the food.

Food is good here for late night if you order ahead instead of having to wait. I think they should switch to an online order and carry out only because walk-in customers crowd the place and make service slower. They need to tell the DoorDash people to stop crowding the counter, make a sign and put it in 10 different languages to tell them to sit the f down. And please fix the health code stuff, and put a top back on the ice machine! The ice machine runs out of ice and also the coke machine produces flat soda with no carbonation. Still love this place, its 10x better than the gypsy pizza places in the neighborhood.

canceled my order after it was placed for 40 minutes and will not get back to me about a refund. cannot get anyone to answer the phone and cannot understand them when they answer the phone.
