What's the point of showing up early for an order and telling an employee you've arrived, just for them to let your order sit and rot on the counter for half an hour. Somehow I show up early and still leave with COLD food. What a joke.

Terrible experience at Wingstop. I placed an order and when I got it and realized they forgot part of it. I called the store and instead of apologizing, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Having to drive all the way back just to get what I already paid for was frustrating, and by the time I finally had everything, the rest of my food was cold.
This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order either forgetting sauces, fries, even wings before. For the money they charge, the least they could do is double check the bag. I won’t be coming back...

For the 3rd time. I ordered last night and my food was stale. Fries were stale, cold, and hard! Wings were stale and cold. I don't know who's running the show there but I definitely won't be spending with them again. Super disappointing.

It was my frist experience in this store was greating because ur casher David , he was attentive to me all the time my was boneless big size fresh was saocing with Lemon Pepper and I must talk about ur triple chocolate Brownies it was an incredible flavor

Single-handedly the worst wingstop in the country. I am an avid review writer especially with the negative reviews as I prefer to reward good service with good tips. This wingstop is understaffed and unfortunately very poorly managed and has been since I moved here four years ago. Tonight I had an event I had to be at at six. I waited fifteen minutes alone from 5:30 - 5:45 for the cashier to take one order and then an additional three minutes to collect payment. I’ve never seen anyone walk out of this wingstop in less than twenty minutes. Crazy

It’s just sad. They don’t even fry your fries properly. I live 5 mins away and when I get home my fries are soggy

Another Wingstop that doesn't make drinks which are part of an Uber eats order. I don't work here and do not collect an hourly pay rate. If I did I would make drinks and food to assemble the delivery order.

TO THE ONE READING THIS,this is the ONLY COMMENT YOU’D NEED TO MAKE A DECISION ON WHETHER TO DINE HERE OR NOT !!!TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!!!! to deal with paying customers. I ordered on 04/01 tru door dash. Which you can probably see with my name in your order history as well. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo. And I kid you not. The sandwich I got had no pickles at all. It was simple bread with a chicken piece slapped on it. I was extremely hungry when I ordered the food and couldn’t wait for my dinner to arrive. I chose wingstop this time since it’s closer to where I live. Oh boy and was it a disappointment . I still sucked it up and tried to eat it since I had no other option. Just 2 bites in I found a blonde hair in it. Mind you, I have dark brown hair. That’s disgusting. The fries are burnt and the chicken sandwich is something you wouldn’t give to someone for free. To my curiosity I called the wingstop place. If any owner/manager is reading it please check your cameras/schedule to see who was working on 04/01 at around 10 pm. That man has not sense at all and blatantly lies on your face. He’ll say one thing first and the other thing next. Doesn’t get plain simple English and tries to smoothen his way by talking rubbish. When I asked to talk to a manager or supervisor he said I don’t know and I repeated my self to which he said there’s no one . It took him 5 minutes on call to tell me that they’ll be back . Both contradicting statements.EITHER TRAIN YOUR STAFF BETTER OR KEEP LOSING CUSTOMERS!
Had lunch there for the very first time . Placed a to go order, wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be ready cool. My co worker also placed an to order, got her drink cup first . She gets her drink and look at me . First red flag! There was floating objects and a bug from the fountain machine . 🤮🤮🤮. That’s a sign that they don’t clean or sanitize the drink dispenser or nozzles. That’s a major turn off, and won’t be back . She told the cashier what had happened, and he act like it was normal. Second red flag, he did nothing to rectify the situation. Wingstop on Elliston Place in Nashville, Tn…., DO BETTER!!!!
