I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

I've never had an issue with food quality. However the service here isn't great. Not because the people aren't friendly because they are. They just don't put customers first. Several people trying to order food and they are in the back singing happy birthday instead of taking care of business.

First off, I understand this is fast food. I set my expectations appropriately before I went. That being said, even with fast food I think there is a minimum level of cleanliness and decorum that anybody can reasonably expect. First, the only positive note was the young lady who took my order. She was very polite and efficient, and that's where the good part of this experience ended. After placing my order, I moved to the dining room. In the dining room, there were 3 tables taken up by employees on their break. Now, I totally understand everyone is entitled to their breaks and have no issue with that. However, between the 3 employees they were taking up 10 chairs and 3 tables. They were also watching youtube videos at maximum volume (nothing offensive though). So there's that.... Next was the general cleanliness. Everything I touched was sticky. The soda machine, the tabletop, the first chair I tried to sit in. It was like a little person had their hands everywhere. The food was poor, and that's being generous. I ordered 5 tenders. 3 were hot, 2 were cold. Read that again. I didn't say room temperature or look warm. Cold, like they were cooked on the countertop. The young lady who took my order went on break right behind me, and the guy who was taking orders next was too put out to come see what I needed when I tried to bring the cold ones to their attention. Overall, 0/10. Do not eat here. Will not be back.

Ordered 8 piece boneless wing combo. DoorDash delivered in 15 minutes. 🚩 Red flag. Cajun Corn was old and chewy. I had a combination of tenders and boneless wings (I did not order any tenders. My guess is they were left over and they just wanted to get rid of them). Hard with sauce everywhere. To the trash 🗑️ they went. Now the root beer was the best ever. It’ll be a very long time before I go there again. If ever.

Not sure why you say close at 1 am walk in at 12:05 to a neck cut gesture 🤔 and a mumble that they are closed no more ordering and must say kitchen was spottless. So they had been cleaning for a while already. Why not close at 10 or 11 cause that last hour or hour and a half is apparently a waist of labor hours. Also if your gonna have someone on register atleast have someone that speaks instead of mumbling with eyes that are twacked out a d jaw so tense that it really looked like he could have been cooking for next 3 days and wouldn't have needed to blink much less sleep..." this is just an opinion of the observed situation ".that is just terrible service atleast cooking somme build up if your gonna try to get out on time and wanna start closing early. I would have understood closer to 1 am but 5 min after 12 is to much
