The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again

I ordered wings yesterday at 4:05 pm, from Wing Stop expecting delivery by 5:28 pm. However, the order was not delivered until 6:10 pm, and the food was cold. The driver explained that the delay was due to picking up her son. When I expressed concern about the food being cold, the driver stated that it would not be. My attempts to contact the store were unsuccessful, with no answer after holding for an hour, and I was unable to get through again today. Considering the poor service and cold food, for which I paid over $30, I would like to request a refund.

It’s so frustrating living close to a Wingstop, but this has to be the most poorly ran restaurant and its entire franchise the past three times I have ordered off DoorDash. I have not got my order right they forget my sauce. They send me other people stuff and it’s just frustrating when you spend that much money on DoorDash And the restaurant doesn’t even get your order right because I’ve been in there a couple times as well and they don’t care they are rude and all they want to do is get off work cause I don’t care about your satisfaction or how happy you are when you leave . I’m saying this because if you’re thinking about ordering this restaurant, save your money trust me you’re going to be disappointed after waiting forever

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
