It’s an ok wing spot. I must say sometimes the sauce makes the wings and I didint feel that was the case today. But it’s alright wings.

worst place ever, the antioch location is way better. wings looked weird and u can tell they rushed to make them. alot of seasoning was on the top and the rest bland.

I give them a total of 3 because we had not one napkin with 2 separate orders. Me and friend can not eat wings without a napkin. We both got our wings mixed so we could have more of a variety. All of the wings we had appeared to only have flavor on them but absolutely no seasoning. If we had gotten the plain ones we would have been so disappointed.BTW you have to pay for the dip. No free dip comes with your order. The good news is I ordered online and got there earlier than expected my order was hot and waiting on me. However the appears to be cooked with no seseasings and the flavor is dipped or poured over the chicken when selected. This makes the outer part of the chicken flavor for but the inner parts are very blaine

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

Imagine paying $5 for ranch to receive blue cheese now imagine ordering a family meal and not receiving your large fry. This location consistently leaves items off your order or incorrect items! Not cool at all!

I’ve been to this location 3 times since they have opened and every single time I’ve ordered my food ahead online and picked up at a specific time. The first time, I had to wait 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. But I wasn’t mad, the store had just opened and everyone was working hard to get orders out.
Second time, same issue. Again, no big deal, slightly annoying but not enough to complain. Third time, my food was ready when I walked in, which made me happy but the food was ice cold. My wings were old and hard as a rock. I swear my plastic fork broke trying to pick up a wing.
