Drowned my wings in sauce smh on a dry rub order
Absolutely horrendous experience Food that was to be ready on 30 min - was not ready even after 3 hours- so misleading information while ordering food And than the staff was rude and disrespectful No one cares Don’t care about customer service
Was rudely refused service when I tried to pay with a 100 dollar bill . What business doesn’t have change ?? That’s bare minimum. I was then shooed away by the foreign guy who barely speaks English. Lmao
The cashier Andrew was so nice and kind. Very respectful and attentive! And the cooks really made the food taste amazing. It was fresh, hot, and delicious 😋

We ate there for the first time today. Our food was brought to us very fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were especially good! We will definitely be back!
The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again
I’ve been ordering from this Wingstop through DoorDash once or twice a month for about a year now, and they never disappoint! The food is always hot, fresh, and my order has never been wrong. And that ranch? Straight fire 🔥

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

They always get my order correct. I eat here at least once per week and they are always pleasant and take time with my order. My go to for wings.

My boneless wings were the size of quarters literally so small. There was way too much cheese on my garlic parm wings, I mean mounds of it. And my corn was literally frozen. Terrible experience… 😔
