DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM WINGSTOP ELKHART, IN. THEY WILL NEVER DELIVER YOUR ORDER, WHEN YOU CONTACT THE STORE THEY JUST SAY SORRY AND YOU CAN COME PICK IT UP YOURSELF. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We ate there for the first time today. Our food was brought to us very fast. It was hot, fresh and delicious. The fries were especially good! We will definitely be back!
The boneless wings are literally nuggets and you get enough fries for 2 people with the 4 person value meal. Was not impressed Wouldn’t order again
If I could give zero stars I would. My food was not Fresh nor was it Hot. That was the whole point of ordering directly from the store. Thanks for Nothing.
I ordered some wings and fries ,the wings were ok but the fries where crazy salty, i called the store to let them know about the fries, but they never unswered the phone,

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.
The wings were great, they have plenty of great flavors that you can choose, the service was also great employees great you every time, restaurant is always clean

I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Sept 1, 2025. The assistant manager, Ashley Rodriguez, refused to prepare the customer’s drinks for a delivery order, even though Uber Eats policy requires restaurants to do so for health and safety compliance.
I explained that drink preparation is the restaurant’s responsibility — since these are their customers and my role is only to deliver. She told me, “I’ll just get another driver instead,” essentially threatening to reassign the order because I would not break health code compliance. I immediately contacted Uber Eats Support, and even after they explained the policy and health code requirements directly to her, she dismissed them by repeatedly saying, “Oh, really? Oh, really?” in a disrespectful tone.
Even after that, she still refused to prepare the drink. She told both me and Uber Support that her manager could be contacted the next day, but when I called back, she first claimed she was the supervisor, then admitted she was the assistant manager. She also refused to provide the general manager’s schedule or availability.
Because of this, the customer did not receive their drink as ordered and was disappointed that the restaurant had refused to prepare it. She informed me that she is titled as an assistant manager but her behavior was very unprofessional. Managers are supposed to carry themselves with respect and professionalism, and this situation reflected very poorly on both the staff and the location.
This created unnecessary conflict, delayed the order, and reflected very poorly on the location. Staff should never pressure drivers to break health code rules, dismiss Uber Support staff, or misrepresent their role to avoid accountability.
Corporate or Management should address this behavior to ensure customers, drivers, and partners are treated with professionalism and respect.

I was greeted with a smile and they made an effort to find my order and let me know it would be a couple more minutes as they handed me my soda cup. It actually was just a couple more minutes, and my food was hot, fresh and exactly as I ordered it, thank you!

I recently went to Wingstop and ordered a 20 piece for 20 half lemon pepper, half hot lemon pepper and a large fry. They did mess up on my order and I didn't know till I got home back in Antioch. However, the manager named Angel did his best to try to find our order and receipt and even though he wasn't able to find it, he still offered us a credit for the 10 messed up wings and the fact that we didn't get ranches even though our food was messed up. I'm still pleased with my visit. Great customer service!!!

The chicken tenders were greasy and drenched in old, dark oil — as if they'd been fried in a batch that hadn’t been changed in days. The coating was soggy instead of crisp, and the oil left a heavy, unpleasant aftertaste.
