Well to be upfront always enjoyed pizza hut. This evening was a lil let down. Order two pizzas and mozzarella sticks . We enjoyed the mozzarella and pepperoni pizza. But that stopped at the crispy bbq brisket pizza. As the picture shows arrived a bit chard. Had a piece but couldn't finish. Sorry pizza hut someone dropped the ball. In my youth I've worked for a couple pizza restaurants and this would not have left the store. This was a conscious decision to let this go. ; no idea why there's so many bad reviews literally ordered a pizza from here last night stuffed crust with garlic Parmesan sauce as the base, extra cheese, Italian sausage and ham. When I say this thing was bussin it was BUSSIN!!! It was perfect cooked to perfection! It looked just as good as it tasted ! Service was great everything was correct. Place was very clean and I noticed that a lot of the bad reviews were from a couple months ago so maybe they clean house and it's a whole new stuff because everything that I got yesterday was perfect so perfect that I'll be ordering that for dinner tomorrow.

Have ordered here a few times. I hate to say it, but go elsewhere. It seems that no care goes into making the food here. The first time I ordered here it was VERY bad and had correspondence with corporate about a refund and they eventually said that the store manager would contact me about it. It never happened, and corporate stopped responding. Haven't been there in months. I figured I'd give it another shot. Big mistake. It's just not good. There is no care put into anything. It's expensive for chain pizza. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. (Pictured below are a double order of breadsticks that are inexplicably completely different colors?

Staying 1 block away at the Graduate Hotel, 2 hours after ordering pizza and multiple phone calls totaling 30 minutes on the phone later, our pizza was at the front desk the whole time because the driver didn't call like we were told he would. Manager put us on hold and never came back to the phone and wouldn't issue a refund. Nothing like paying $30 for a 2 hour cold pizza.

Slowest Pizza Hut ever. I'd recommend ordering from basically anywhere else if you want your food to be hot and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I've tried this Pizza Hut 3 times. All 3 experiences have been negative.

I placed an order online with clear verbal instructions and relieved something I did not order. When calling ..the woman who answered hung up! I called back and before I could even tell her my issue she said they are busy and I am not going to talk to her like that! I never said anything! After calling back! She won't answer the phone! And the customer service number also hung up in my face ! If you can do not do business with this white trash! Trailer park! Ghetto location !
Wish I could give a full review. We tried to order several pizzas. The app didn't work x5. The website didn't work x3. A multitude of error messages and mistakes. Tried to order on the app, official website, and others. Nothing worked.

Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand, but I was really craving some old-school Pizza Hut breadsticks so placed a carryout order. Was quoted 6:15 ready-time, showed up at 6:20. At that point, I was told "10 more minutes" -- it's now 6:47 and no order in sight, still waiting. (Edit: Finally served up at 6:50) I know restaurants are all stressed for staff right now, but this is a systems issue: don't have your website quote a quick turnaround for "ready at..." if it's not possible. You're setting your staff up to fail. To add insult to injury: They served BBQ chicken pizza without BBQ sauce -- and no explanation or apology, so I didn't notice till I got home.

Update: their iPhone app doesn't work either. This company really needs to fire their entire software development team and hire people who actually know what they're doing.

Ordered pizza at 10 pm. It is 1 am and I still have not gotten my pizza. It is closed now and they will not answer. It has been 3 hours and I am angry. Don't take orders if you can't fulfill them.

I have seen some bad reviews of this place but I really want to make our positive experience known. We ordered the food for delivery. It arrived right on time, piping hot and very tasty! They even sent plates and cups as well as grated cheese and crushed red pepper - which I forgot to ask for. The driver respected our delivery preference and called me ahead of time to let me know he was getting close. I think in times like these it is especially important to point out when people do a good job, and this evening the folks at this Pizza Hut did just that for us!
