I haven't had Pizza Hut dine in in forever. These peeps workin hard here to provide good service and take care of you. They care about what they're doin and are trying hard. And even though I don't eat the hut that often cause it's heavy, it's still the best tasting chain pizza. Give Papa Johns a rest and get some Pizza Hut.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - I'm very understanding, but the customer service is beyond pathetic. I have never had such awful service.. '10 min, 15 min, 30 min, 10 min' after this confusion shorted us money. My advice is to get a better educated staff that wants to work or throw the whole store away.

Couldn't be much more unhappy with this place unless they had literally spit on my food. Ordered online for carry out. Waited patiently for more than 10 mins and wasn't even acknowledged. A chick walks in and approached the register and he proceeds to take her order over mine. I'm white so maybe to him I didn't exist... and to top it off only 1 out of 3 items on my order were completed. I had to wait another 15 minutes while they made the rest. There's bad customer service and then there's just blatant racism. Apparently I was the wrong color for this particular location. If I could give negative stars, I would.

This place is pretty nasty. The cleanliness of the place is appalling, really. You're greeted by a security guard (great sign), and there are receipts and literal dirt all over the floor. The staff and manager Mr. Cleburne are equally dour. Couldn't comment on the food; they ran out of dough but didn't think to call or let me know. How thoughtful. While the tacky sign out front touts, "under new management," I'd shudder to think of the prior folks. Avoid.

no I'm pissed all I wanted was bread sticks cheese bread and I was put through their call service which they did not do anything but tell me to call back ridiculous poor management poor service cuz I never ingot it.

1 Star- only because there's nothing lower. All of these reviews were old, and the sign outside said under new management. We hoped for the best, but were prepared for the worst - it was the worst of the worst. Slow service. Our order took over an hour, one food item was burnt beyond edible, another the meat was undercooked and raw. Both needed to be redone. There was a guy ahead of us who had waited 90 minutes plus and still no food. Another returned his order to redone as well. One young lady (Miracle- her name and the appropriate noun for an inexplicable, surprising and welcome event) was helpful, cheerful and caring throughout. She was doing her best. The one shining star. The under new management manager (Paula) was rude, confrontational, and argumentative. The place is dirty, old, and in need of maintenance. It seems both operations and people skills need some improvement. Do not make the same mistake we did. Drive on by.

I ordered wings thru a Postmates app only for them to call me to say “they're not doing wings” no further explanation just “they not doing wings” I'm confused as to how you are “not doing wings” and you're named wing street! Totally unacceptable!

sucks ordered it online waited over hour after getting there.floors were nasty got pictures if you want them then wanted to give me a free drink.what worse all that were waiting had same troubles even some worse most of their were wrong at least ours was right other then the grease box and pizza.

I ordered a large, extra pepperoni pizza with normal amount of marinara sauce, green peppers, and their crust seasoning. For this, I paid extra. Instead, I got as few pepperoni slices as possible, barely any sauce, shriveled pieces of green pepper, and no crust seasoning. Don't go to this Pizza Hut.

We go to Pizza Hut every week for lunch at @11 and ask for a specific pizza to be put out because we can not eat pork or alot of bread needless to say today the manager said she did not do that. We only ate a slice of cheese pizza and a few bites of pasta and the manager just said I'm sorry and gave us a full price ticket for two buffets. Im starting to hate going to Pizza Hut they have very poor customer service

This Pizza Hut was beat. I went here with my buddy for the lunch buffet. It was pretty packed and crowded and I think only 3 people were working. They were definitely overwhelmed. Unfortunately my experience was not all that hot. A lot of the pizzas went really quickly. At some point there is no pizza at all. I kind of feel bad for the people working there cause they were in a losing situation. 40 people in the restaurantand only three people working to make the store run. I give it a second star because it was Pizza Hut buffet.

This has been consistently the worst experience I've have ever had with any restaurant establishment. I used to order from here at least once a week thinking the service would get better. I always call in my order for pickup. They never have it ready (15 minute wait once I get there). No one ever greets me. Tonight when I was there the pizza makers weren't wearing gloves and the guy was wearing a Bluetooth in his ear. Don't waste your time. If I could give this place a zero I would. Won't order from here again.

I have been waiting for our order for over an hour. The manager on duty is very rude and unprofessional. If i were a local i would avoid this establishment at all costs because they don't care about customer service or serving customers in a professional manner! I will be reaching out further regarding my experience because it is absolutely horrible!
