Very clique bar. They only want the rich affluent people in there. There is a particular couple that work's there that are beyond cringe. They protray this snob personally that works off each other that is very unbecoming. And they employed a bar tender that was so drunk he got caught passed out behind the wheel drunk while driving. That's ok I guess. This a reflection on the tap room only not the business itself.

Awesome place! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The Imperial Cider is the best. The outside patio is beautiful with a view. I like that it is kid and dog friendly. If you don't order the fries, you're missing out on the best fries ever! Order yourself the fish chips and fries basket. You won't regret it! I've only been here twice, I'm from Buffalo, NY, and can't wait to come back for a visit. Great job to everyone at Yazoos!

We found that they go above and beyond that don’t want to make us feel welcome and comfortable, but to extend courtesies I wouldn’t expect from anyone but family

My husband and I were so excited to find this brewery last year, as it was closer to home than some of our favorites in downtown Nashville. The Gerst is fantastic. We’ve visited Yazoo Brewery over a dozen times over the past year and every single time, the bartenders have been standoff-ish, unfriendly and downright rude (even when not busy). We wrote it off because we like the beer. Today was the last straw. We sat at the bar, encountered the same rude treatment as aways and drank our beer, which for the first time was extremely flat. When checking out, we were going to have our Growler filled, which we do every single time we visit, but decided against it because of the flatness of the beer. When we told him that he just shrugged his shoulders, said ok and never tried to figure out what was going on with the beer or even acknowledge a problem. Never a thank you, come back again, or smile. Again, we are not complainers……we love the beer, location, and French fries. But this is the last straw. We’ve always entered with a smile but have been treated rudely every single time. I’m done giving my hard earned money to this place and will quit recommending it as well. Do better—your customers deserve it.

Luv Yazoo and the Hopry and Hop Project! Justin, Brennan, Evon, Shariel, Edwin are great! And the Grill shack has a nice fish n chips and great tartar sauce. Good beer, good food, great times! Nice atmosphere!
