This review is long overdue! Every single person working the drive thru is rude A*! It’s like they’re in a competition with each other to see who can be the rudest to customers. My order was wrong once and the manager himself was extremely rude as if I made the order wrong. Kerry was no exception. Everytime I was given something I said thank you and she said nothing the entire time lol what is everyone’s problem? Need to close like the Popeyes down the street and retrain EVERYONE

16 dollars food is just ok not worth the price. Wings are not breaded or seasoned tenders are miniscule i couldve bought these fries from kroger. Meh

I asked for two traditional wings combo and my order was wrong I had to drive back for her to act as if I never came through drive thru. I see why they don't have customers on a Friday

Their salads are phenomenal however their fries aren’t the same quality they used to be. Very little seasoning and they weren’t cooked all the way. Accidents happen so maybe next time they will be good. Great staff though. Always smiling and courteous.

First I noticed wasn't nobody there drive thru or inside But I tried it anyway smh, The tenders was so freaking hard and little everything else was ok...I thought by me being the only one there I was gone get good service but no I would never go back or I wouldn't recommend it..Now I know why nobody wasn't there!

I ordered the fried pickles in the drive thru. When I got home and opened the box, they were over fried breading. Not one of them were edible. It was just crunch and no pickles. Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing they served this.

Pretty much just another chicken place with a garnish of celery and a slice of Texas toast bread.

We ordered last night around 9pm. Maybe that was the problem. It was my first time eating ant Zaxbys and I was blown away how awful it was!!! We ordered 2, 5 strips meals, 2, chicken fajita meals, the chicken was so dry I almost couldn’t swallow it and also was so flimsy that it was must’ve been hanging around for a long time no no no crust at all no crunch no nothing. No one to the fajitas, they smell wonderful but when I open the box in order to take a piece everything fell out of it. It was so old and mushy and and the vegetables were green. Peppers are supposed to be green, not brown! I’m totally convinced on me. Was leftovers from early on in the day and just warmed up seem like by a microwave and then served. I didn’t appreciate spending over $46 on food that we couldn’t even eat. The only reason I gave two stars Zaxby’s was because the gentleman working there was ultra kind, very professional and Yeah, he was great. Man, I would sure like a refund!!!! We also did curbside pick up.
I definitely don’t recommend going to this Zaxby’s. I have no idea about other ones around, but this one was so disappointing, I had waited four years to Eat their food. We don’t go out often because it’s so expensive.!!! Full refund please.

Worst service I've experienced in a while. I ordered online for drive thru pick up. Was told to come inside to pick up as it would be quicker then had to wait 40 minutes inside for my food. I watched at least 3 other families come in and order well after me but leave with their food before me.

I asked why this happened and was told nothing nor apologized to for the wait. I would not recommend this establishment to anybody.
