Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I usually come to this zaxbys because the service & food are great & to my liking, however, tonight was a different experience. The workers got upset at my brother and another costumer because they were simply waiting to be served, waited in food for 20 minutes, which I never mind especially when it’s packed or something, but it was not it was pretty empty & only 2-3 cars in the drive through.

Terrible experience! Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to have to walk inside and question where my food was. Everyone in there was very confused, very unprofessional workers. Definitely will tell everyone to stay away from this Location

This place used to be my favorite, not because the food was especially good, but because the service was always consistent. It has went down hill in the last few months. Last time I came in, all the tables were dirty, the staff was yelling at each other and the new kid taking orders needed help while the trainer was on her phone instead of paying attention. He was actually really nice and it’s a shame he’s not getting more attention.

Tonight, I came in at 9:45 and the lobby doors were closed despite a sign stating the lobby is open until 11.

I ordered sauce boss box and I asked to substitute the ranch for blue cheese and was told they can't do that. I said pay for it its fine. Get to the windows hands me my food thought was in there but missing my other sauces. And one of them took i bite outta my cookie.. wish I snapped a pic. I was so pissed. No receipt given

Stopped at this location as soon as I left the airport, have to have Zaxby's any time I'm on the eastern half of the US. top notch service. was helped fast and food came out fast and hot. my order was correct and my extra sauce was included
