I've been a regular here for a couple of years and noticed the portion sizes shrinking, especially the chicken sandwich. Today, I was pleasantly surprised to find the chicken sandwich significantly bigger than before. Kudos to the new vendor—keep them!
My experience in here today at 4:45pm was great. The manager who took my order was very polite. The young lady was very nice to me also. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The restroom was very clean and smelled good. The inside of the restaurant was also clean. Very satisfied customer. The man that took my order was nice and friendly. He gave me a few minutes to figure out what I wanted to order. The only 2 things that I saw wrong was when I walked in, it was sticky all over and the fountain drink counter was sticky. This was my first time coming to Zaxby's in a long time. It's a good place and I love it.
