This location is the worst I have ever been to as in work ethic and food quality. I ordered a kick in chicken meal with an order of fried pickles. I don’t know when Zaxbys got stingy on their sauce like putting on the sandwiches. But on my sandwich there’s barely any tongue torch nor ranch sauce and then they forgot to give me my sauce choice for my fried pickles. Overall terrible work ethic from the cook to the upfront cashiers.
I was here earlier today and Fallon and Adri really took care of me and the food was amazing !!!

My husband and I came here for dinner at about 7:40 pm. The service wasn't the best. The lady that took our order was standoffish but she didn't ask if we wanted to eat in or to go, what size drink we wanted (she just rang in a small), and we did not get ANY of the sauces we ordered. I was sad they ran out of the Peach Tea, but I do understand it happens
