The chicken tenders are so delicious, I have to get it every time. The servers were really nice, but I was promised an extra sauce which I never got. The atmosphere was good, but there were these two random girls there giving me and my friend the death stare.

I place this order on DoorDash so I cannot account for the service or the atmosphere just the food quality that I received. I travelled to Nashville from DC just because and one night we didn’t wanna go out so we decided to order and I saw they had Zaxby’s. I haven’t had it in a while, but I remember it being really good when I had it in Virginia. I saw that they had lemon pepper, TRADITIONAL WINGS, so that’s what I ordered because the last time I was here I didn’t know they had wings. I did not receive traditional wings. I have no idea what to even call that of which I received, but you can look at the pictures for yourself. I also had three white pieces of something floating around in my drink. I was so disappointed. I threw everything away!

I had a really rough go around with DoorDash to get food, and it made me a bit emotional. However, I contacted DoorDash to get a refund and placed a mobile order with them because the cravings were intense. When I pulled up to the window, I believe it was the manager who was at the window. He was a bit older but super kind. He recognized my name and noted all the attempts of previous dashers lol. He apologized for everything and offered a dessert of my choosing even though this situation wasn’t their fault. I wish I asked for his name for this review, but it really made my night 100x better. The entire staff was kind, and the lady taking my order was also super sweet!

Really juicy chicken strips. Everything tasted great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received my food fast and hot. Maybe it's because I'm from a northern state but I'm not used to fast and friendly service like this.

This Zaxby's is very reliable when it comes to food that is fresh and tasty. The staff is always very friendly and quick to help. They are knowledgeable about their menu items and any time I have wanted to make changes to my order they have made it happen without issue. The dining room is clean and the little drink area is always well stocked. Bathrooms have always been well tended to as well.

Every time I come I get what I ordered or they replace it! One thing I have learned in fast food is to check your order before you pull out the parking lot. Customer service is great!

In my experience, this is a very well run Zaxby’s. The staff is always friendly and they are always very fast getting my food out. I appreciate it in a world where fast food workers normally make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to their life.😂

I finally got to try the beloved Zaxby's. We don't have one in Cincinnati, but I've always heard great things about it, and all the hype was true. Great food, the woman at the register was amazing, and the strawberry lemonade was clutch.
