What the hell happened to the zensation salad? Got it today for the first time in probably more than a year and it’s definitely not what it used to be. Drowning in teriyaki sauce and the chicken is tough. This location needs to step up their customer service. Rude girl with the star tats on her face.
I've been here a lot of times now and this place has the most professional, genuinely friendly, productive manager ( I think he's the GM ) I've ever seen at any restaurant I've eaten at before. He is constantly hands on everywhere, still engaging every guest, and always maintaining a positive attitude which has to feed into his staff. This man has no idea who I am, but I hope he is promoted more and more. He is a blessing to your company.
