I’m so happy that I I found this location Zaxby’s at Antioch they have the best service and the best employees but their was this 1 dude name Manav with glasses and his kinda dark skin he gave be the best service he gave me the way I wanted crispy well fryd and he was correct on my sauce and drinks i appreciate it Manav.

First time at a Zaxbys, I recently moved to TN. Save yourself, don't bother.
Drive thru order of fried pickles.
I'm not sure how long these grease filled hard as a rock fried pickles were sitting. But I do know I wont be back to try anything else on your menu. They were hard and cold. Just ewww.

The young gentlemen taking order via drive thru was quite friendly. So there's that.

The second time this location has messed up my order. The first time they forgot 3 of my tacos and the second time they forgot my fried pickles.

Simply terrible! Slow service with the drive-through, hard chicken and barely cooked fries. Ordered a large fry with fries instead of the coleslaw with extra seasoning and only got a small amount of fries with no salt. Even the sweet tea was bad. They didn’t even give me the sauce I ordered.
So disappointing!

Went in to make a purchase..
In the beginning cashier was THE GREATEST
I asked for unseasoned meat on my salad.
Once my order was received.. I took a taste test of the meat and it was highly seasoned
I asked for my money back...
MR. UNPROFESSIONAL CULINARY, MANAGER RAISED HIS VOICE TO ME
As he had been a culinary school and knew so much.

It's obvious why the ratings are low on this location..

Average chicken, small shrimp, no lettuce or tomato on the sliders... Pretty simple.I'd recommend Chick-fil-A instead. Or Wendy's. Sort of reminds me of Popeye's, but sides and servings aren't as plentiful.Sauce was tasty!

was very expensive for a fast food chick place. like $11 for 3 small, small chick fingers not strips, these were only as big as my fingers. the fries were as close in comparison. just thought is was very expensive for a fast food chick place. the workers not much to say about with hog rings and funky hair... will not return.

Food was quick and hot. Staff was friendly.
