Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Door says open at 10. Can see multiple people inside doors remain locked employees made eye contact and walked away. No chance for service.

I've always liked Zaxby's just not this particular location. That has changed recently and I am giving that credit to a nightshift manager (name unknown) in my opinion has gone above and beyond to have customer satisfaction. Because of his effort and the pride takes in his job is the reason I eat there a few times a week and you can tell a difference between when he is there and when. Once I am able to get his name I'll update this.

I like This location, I really Do. The food is always hot and fresh, and the people are always nice. But I be Damned if EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, they forget something in my bag!!! Like dang, why should I have To check my bag for what I PAID FOR??? It’s always the extras, our cookies, the sauces, extra bread. I dont Want to spend extra time in line/ at the window checking my bag for product that should be there or even making the staff annoyed because I’m holding up the line butttttt….. I went To have lunch with my daughters and bring them a sweet treat along with the meal… OF COURSE THE COOKIES I PAID FOR AINT IN THERE!! It’s annoying… but other than that, it’s a great place to eat and the inside is always clean 😂😂

The food is good, sometimes too salty but not the worst. Service is inconsistent. When I attempted to voice a concern, the available manager, Justin, did not care to listen.

This restaurant is not helpful for Uber eats drivers. They make delivery drivers wait in the regular customer line even when orders are already placed. It's very inconvenient and waste time since we have to wait behind people who are still ordering or waiting for food to be cooked.

I ordered through doordash for delivery only for my driver to get there and the employee told him it had already been picked up. When I called the store for answers as my driver wasn’t fluent in english I was met with employees talking to each-other and did not say a word to me until I said hello for the third time, when I said I had ordered doordash he hung up on me immediately. Typically stores verify that the person picking up the order is correct and seems like an oversight on their end yet I was the one left with no food and a rude interaction.

I like coming on Wednesdays when the kids meal is free! That's what actually got me to try them. My son loves his kids meals & think we're supposed to come EVERY Wednesday. I've tried the lemon pepper(dry rub), Asian flavor, and buffalo sauce on my wings. My favorite is the buffalo sauce. I LOVE their fries, when nice and hot. I can eat them without ketchup. Their sweet teas are good too. I can see me coming back.

This was the best ever zaxbys experience i ever received!! And ive been to ALOT eveyrthing about this place was amazing, The workers, especially gaby and jasmine They helped me place an order based on my likings. They made sure i had a great dining experience i will definitely be coming back

I’m so happy that I I found this location Zaxby’s at Antioch they have the best service and the best employees but their was this 1 dude name Manav with glasses and his kinda dark skin he gave be the best service he gave me the way I wanted crispy well fryd and he was correct on my sauce and drinks i appreciate it Manav.

First time at a Zaxbys, I recently moved to TN. Save yourself, don't bother.
Drive thru order of fried pickles.
I'm not sure how long these grease filled hard as a rock fried pickles were sitting. But I do know I wont be back to try anything else on your menu. They were hard and cold. Just ewww.

The young gentlemen taking order via drive thru was quite friendly. So there's that.
