Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Gave a good review before. I went through the drive through tonight, (11/30/24) was told to hold on and I did for a good 7 minutes and never got my order took.I just drove away.

Ridiculous. Went through drive thru. Kept my card 2 plus minutes to pay. Then came back to window and asked me to pull up. Every car after that had to pull in parking spots. The purpose of drive thru is to get food and leave. It’s 7 cars sitting on over. And the food was subpar.

Ordered a cobb salad. When I got home, I opened the lid and started putting dressing on the salad then saw a dead BEE laying in the food. Absolutely disgusting. Called to let them know and the lady was semi-apologetic and said she would check the salad bar.

Im also eight months pregnant and couldn't imagine if I would have ate that.

Zaxby's needs to work harder the food has fallen below standards from when it first opened here in Nashville

Not a great experience. Travelling through. Ordered 2 Cobb salads, a sandwich meal and a kids chicken tender meal. All with ranch. Got back to the hotel with no forks for the salad, no napkins, and one small ranch. Had to drive to the gas station to buy a bottle of ranch and some plastic forks. Pretty disappointing.

The food is pretty good.
The drinks are good.

But why do they have to put very sticky stickers all over the bags and drinks?
It's annoying trying to rip 20 tiny pieces of sticker all over the straw hole.
