Service here is not too good, the cashiers are very rude, I already have anxiety as it is and their experience made it a lot worse for me, I only went in because the line was long, I was on my lunch break and was nervous to walk in but I did and the cashiers are very rude for no reason.
Sometimes you never know what people are going through and I get that location isn’t the best, but being a human to another human at the end of the day, doesn’t take much. And yes I get it, a job is a job, but please think about that before going to a job and encountering with others. You just never know why they are shy or anything. I believe management should really speak on that with their employees, thats anywhere you go.

Chaos in drive thru was told to go to parking space after a few minutes order came out I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When I got home it was a regular breaded chicken sandwich couldn't eat it total waste of a experience.
Have never had smaller in my life for $9 for five. They were hard, dry and cold . Do better

Ordered curbside. Checked in still had to go inside to get food after waiting 20 minutes in curbside. Our food was just sitting on the counter. Drinks were wrong when I got to the car. Food was warm but could tell it had been packaged for a while.

The food was great even though they were out of my fried pickles, they gave me extra egg rolls to make up. Zaxbys is pricey, which is the only reason I don't go often

Ordered at the drive thru and was told to park in a space. Had to wait 10 minutes for cold fries. And then I asked the guy if there were straws in the bag. He said “yes” as he walked away. Needless to say, no straws in the bag. Shocker. Had to walk in to retrieve straws. Always a terrible experience at this location

The food was good. The service was good. The restroom was clean, but the floor was very wet and slippery. So much that you tracked water out into lobby area. A sign was up to show wet floor in the restroom.
