Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We stopped by this Zaxby’s while picking up an Uber Eats order, right near closing time, and had such a positive experience. We’re always very mindful about ordering when a restaurant is about to close, but Eli was incredibly kind and reassuring when we asked about getting a cookie butter milkshake for ourselves. He never made us feel like an inconvenience and treated us with genuine warmth. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out and meant a lot to us. Thank you, Eli, for turning a simple stop into a really kind moment.

Advised me to pull and the food would be right out waited 20 minutes and food never came. Had to come inside for refund and no one knew what was going on. Horrible experience

I always get the chicken bacon ranch fries ordered with heavy ranch. This time I ordered it I didn’t get any ranch

After asking the drive-thru to please not forget my extra Zax sauce they left out my cookies! Ugh! Why can't people pay attention to their customers???

The food was kinda cold for just ordering and then not even two minutes later our food is out. Fries were on point but the chicken tenders were kinda warm not even hot. Dont believe I would ever come back to this place its 2pm and food like this. Zaxbys has been hit or miss with me depending on locations and times.

Service here is not too good, the cashiers are very rude, I already have anxiety as it is and their experience made it a lot worse for me, I only went in because the line was long, I was on my lunch break and was nervous to walk in but I did and the cashiers are very rude for no reason.

Sometimes you never know what people are going through and I get that location isn’t the best, but being a human to another human at the end of the day, doesn’t take much. And yes I get it, a job is a job, but please think about that before going to a job and encountering with others. You just never know why they are shy or anything. I believe management should really speak on that with their employees, thats anywhere you go.

Chaos in drive thru was told to go to parking space after a few minutes order came out I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When I got home it was a regular breaded chicken sandwich couldn't eat it total waste of a experience.

Have never had smaller in my life for $9 for five. They were hard, dry and cold . Do better

I ordered the new quesadillas and they DID NOT hold up to the hype! I like Zaxby's and i will return, but not for the quesadillas!
