Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Just got my order, no spoon or fork and no ketchup up to my fries, how am I going to eat my food ?? Ur guys are doing what McDonalds been doing when it comes to ketch up

Service date: New years Eve around 530pm. Incident: a white Honda in front of me would not proceed to the drive- thru window. They stayed about 3 feet from the window for over 5 minutes and never pulled up to pay. I blew my horn, thinking they were unaware the car in front of them had left. They rolled their window down and said drive thru told them not to pull up. They stayed at the same spot. I was over it and pulled out of the line and informed the drive-thru area to cancel my 2 orders. The drive- thru area looked surprised about the incident. I'm not sure if they forgot they told the white car not to pull up or if the people in the white car were mentally challenged, misunderstood, etc. I wanted to ask Mgmt, is this protocol for this location? Thanks in advance.

Girl in the drive through said my dog was ugly.

Got this meal at 2:09pm. Get to the hospital to sit and have a meal. At 2:49 pm. I am posting this review. Zaxbys must be famous for fingers & sauce cause it's not this salad. The chicken is either overcooked or undercooked. It's tough 😪 I came to get what I saw being advertised. Where is the rest of the salad? I will return this item.

While the food was hot and tasty, it was our very first time stepping into a Zaxbys...we weren't greeted by anyone, when someone finally stepped away from the back chatting with their colleagues and playing with their really long hair ...she wasn't friendly AT, when I said it's our first time trying it, she looked annoyed and said "Ok". The tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down all day.

Ate here for the first time. I got the Asian chicken (grilled) salad thing, which was good. There was an egg roll in there. You don't see that in many salads.

They have one of those drink machines with like 50 varieties of soda. You ever see inside one of those? There's like 50 little cartridges of syrup. That must suck to have to change those out all the time.

This specific Zaxbys is always messing up my DoorDash order. Constantly forgetting things, yet always taking so long to prepare the food. The last few times they’d forget my extra sauces, this time they remembered the sauces but forgot my drink and didn’t give me double fries. They spread the fries out like I wasn’t gonna notice I only had 12 fries in the box. Disappointed.

Staff was extremely rude, extremely short with me. Did not give me my zaxs sauce.

Chicken tenders were OK, a bit on the salty side, coleslaw was OK. The service was not the greatest cashier was not welcoming but the atmosphere was nice.
