I had to cater Zaxbys and they were so prompt with the food being ready when I had to change the time on shorty notice. They helped me carry it out to the car as well. The service was great so were the people.

Some of the chicken fingers have almost no actual chicken in them. They’re just breading.

Ordered through door dash. My drink came with no seal cover on it and I ordered seasoned fries and it came completely tasteless with no seasoning. Might as well eat a raw potato.

Food was all burnt and the people working there are obviously more interested in other things besides their job! I haven't been let down by Zaxby's very often but this one wins the prize as the worst

It’s 10:18pm still busy however the side door is locked they’re steady taking orders but I’m in a semi so I can’t physically fit my semi in drive thru. Which is fine but wouldn’t even serve me any other way was the concerning part. This shit just really sucks so now I’m not coming back and I’ve eaten here 3 nights this week.

The drive thru is the slowest damn drive thru. I have waited 5 mins. to get my order taken and I was the only one in line. Even if there is a line, they wont take your order until the car in front of you has paid for amd picked up his food at the window...it happens every time.

Ms.Rachel at this location was absolutely amazing! very attentive as soon as i walked into the door. she was very pleasant when asking me if i was picking up or ordering there. got me in and out in less than 5 mins! perfect experience for someone just trying to get some quick food on a lunch break. thank you Ms. Rachel

Don’t eat here, again don’t eat here it’s absolutely disgusting. The customer service is awful and extremely poor, I decided to order a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and no lettuce, upon receiving my order I decided to sit and enjoy my meal, the chicken was so bad it’s not cool it was raw…. As if I was chewing on ice, return the sandwich and then the other sandwich wasn’t as bad but I eat around the edges because that’s seems to be the only part that was cooked
