Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Don’t eat here, again don’t eat here it’s absolutely disgusting. The customer service is awful and extremely poor, I decided to order a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and no lettuce, upon receiving my order I decided to sit and enjoy my meal, the chicken was so bad it’s not cool it was raw…. As if I was chewing on ice, return the sandwich and then the other sandwich wasn’t as bad but I eat around the edges because that’s seems to be the only part that was cooked

Dined in. Service was chaotic and horrible. Didn't call our name, had to go check on food minutes later to find it sitting on the counter.

I came by to grab some food after a long day at class so I placed a mobile order. Unfortunately there were lots of mobile orders at that time so it was hard for some worker to find my order. However, both Britney and Rachel took time out of what they were doing to not only find my order but made sure that everything was correct when they gave it to me. Great customer service, raise worthy indeed.

Anthony, a wonderfully kind person, helped me through an issue in the drive-thru today. Another customer cut me off after I waited for 5 minutes and he took care of my drinks and gave me a cookie to make my day a little easier. I’ve recently been through a tough time and this man warmed my heart beyond explanation. Great guy, great service. Thank you Anthony.

The store just opened at 10am. I went at 10:45. I ordered a Cobb Salad with fried chicken tossed in hot honey mustard. The chicken was cold and half tossed. Some chicken wasn’t even tossed. Instead of giving me bacon bits they put long strips of burnt bacon on my salad. It wasn’t busy I was the only car in the line so it was no reason for this trifling salad!

Ordered a big Zax Snack meal and an order of fried pickles for a to go order. Got home and realized they didn’t give me the extra zax sauce we paid for, the extra ranch we paid for, and the zax sauce that comes with the meal. Just straight up scammed me out of a few bucks. Not the first issue with this location, but it will definitely be the last.

You guys are a bunch of scammers. You gave me a large fries and chicken tenders but expect me to eat it all with one sauce and you didn’t even give me my additional sauce I paid with. Don’t get me started with the small portions of fries. Lazy associates but they want $24 an hour. You’re doing nothing all day, and you still cant manage to remember to put an additional sauce in my bag. You guys are greedy. Don’t order from this zaxbys. They’ll forget to put items in your bag

I want to give a BIG BIG SHOUT OUT to the lady who answered my call today July 13th 2025 at the Charlotte Pike Zaxby’s I called in about my order not going thru as it said they was out of the wings an things! Iv never ever ever have been greeted and treated like that ever before she was soooo very very kind and sweet and I could tell she sounded busy very busy in her voice but The way she had her composure and the way she spoke to me is beyond amazing if we could have everyone be like her and treat people how she treated me when I just called in for a question that would make the world a better place it’s hard to find a good fast food place in Nashville where you get treated nice and Respectfully! I didn’t get her name but I hope that her boss sees this and knows they have a very good nice respectful woman working for them a she needs a raise!!!! People like her are the ones who deserve a raise because they are what makes people want to come back somewhere cause how she handles and talked was amazing thank you soooooo much! She even called me back to confirm what I had ask an that she gave me the correct answer!!! I love this this is what we need in our fast food industry people like her!!! Thank you so much girl I really appreciate you taking your time an making sure I understood an got the correct answer as you took your time to hear me out keep doing what you are doing!!!
